Everything Nothing

The room was comfortable, clean and had plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee was delicious and easily accessible in the lobby. The location was excellent- great view overlooking the lake, a walking path along the waterfront and short 5 minute walk to the city centre. The breakfast situation was challenging. There was not enough seating. There were long waits for the buffet to be replenished and the buffet space was cramped and crowded.

Dishes were not clean enough. Found Food stains on the breakfast plates. Parking is expensive
-
Clean and downtown. Price wasn’t too bad. $40 for parking and tax was $45 on top of the room charge. I found that outrageous. Also the breakfast was mediocre. Pre- heated Jimmy Dean version of an egg Mcmuffin was poor. The selection was lacking.

Parking was extra

Staff Very old bathroom Bad parking

Friendly check in staff, clean and comfortable rooms, convenient location and really nice breakfast.
-
Location was good - close to downtown Breakfast was good - lots of choices The room was spacious and clean Enjoyed the early check in The mattress on the pull out couch was awful. I had to go for a massage after spending one night on it

everything was exception. Room was clean and breakfast was delicious. I really loved everything.

Well equipped suite. I would also like to send a shout out to the food service staff for their efforts. I believe it was the supervisor we engaged in conversation with both breakfasts on Dec 20 and 21. I apologize as I did not recall her name. She immediately addressed some minor concerns we had and was also very attentive to detail in the dining room. Recognition is in order. Best regards. Your parking fees are not clearly stated when browsing for room availability. A surprise cost of that magnitude when checking is not not appreciated.
-
Amazing room and at great location, with great and helpful staff. Everything was very decent and clean. Breakfast options were limited and the quality was ok.
-
Coffee in the lobby served early was great. Breakfast buffet included. Very nice. Beds weren’t that comfortable.
-
Parking was very expensive at $40 per day.
-
In the heart of the city, with its helpful staff and peaceful view, it is the address for a pleasant stay.

Like the layout, with breakfast, and nice staff. Overall, a good one will come back. When we open the sofa bed there is a t-shirt inside. And that night, the alarm went off, and it's quite long. And when I phone the front desk, no one is answering.

We loved the location. Close to notable attractions and along the waterfront. The two bedroom suite was perfect for our family size and it was clean and just enough space for our needs. The breakfast was filled with lots and lots of options and the coffee/tea station was perfect. Every staff person we met was personable, kind, not in a rush and so pleasant that I’d love to go back tomorrow. Parking was priced a bit high. While we appreciated that it was available underground it was a lot higher than we anticipated. We were told that street parking was available during certain times but it was nice to not worry about our car during our visit.

Great location overlooking the water. Tea & coffee available 24/7. Excellent breakfast, hot & cold selection.
