OK but a sugar basin for our table would be better than having sugar only on the cereal table. A hand towel would have been better than using a bath towel when hand washing.

Winchester House is an amazing place to stay. The location is few minute's walk from Keswick town centre, where you can find plenty of dining places. The room was spacious and spotless with clean linen. The breakfast was amazing, especially the cumbrian breakfast. Mr.Ian provided us with some valuable information about the local attractions during our breakfast. The check in time starts only at 5 pm.

Kind, friendly hosts. Lovely breakfast, very clean. Comfy beds. The room was hot and stuffy so a fan would have made a big difference.

The room was small and the layout was was a dangerous with the big step leading from the bed area to the sitting area. We had to be very careful moving around.

Really friendly owners who run the guesthouse, the facilities were immaculately clean and the beds were very comfortable (especially after a long day walking). The breakfast options are great, and the friendly service in the morning is a great way to start the day.

This is in an ideal location, close enough to the town for pubs and lovely walks. Winchester House is incredibly dog friendly, very welcoming and Ian and Debbie are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was very tasty and the rooms were very cosy. We had such a lovely time!

The location was fantastic, so convenient for shopping, pubs and for setting out for walks. We arrived, parked the car and it wasn't used until we left for home :) All was wonderful so no negatives.

Winchester House was prefect place to stay. The location was good being close to the town centre. They accommodated dogs which was lovely because my Bailey had his own holiday after being cuddled and given loads of treats. It had a tele in the room to use Netflix/Disney if you have an account already etc if wanted an early night which was a nice perk! The staff were lovely and very helpful will definitely be staying again!
