New facilities, very comfortable, close to the city centre, nice breakfast options, very clean.

Our son's room was tight for a big guy.

Right in the heart of Keswick just 5 minutes from the stunning market square, Dolly Waggon is the perfect peaceful retreat. Bright, comfortable, welcoming and with a hearty breakfast, this delightful guest house was everything I needed to feel safe, comfortable and at home during my first solo adventure. The room was clean and well maintained with a good selection of tea and coffee; the shower was modern and user friendly; there was an excellent selection at breakfast; and after a long day's adventuring the room there was no better place to spend a peaceful, cosy night recharging.

The breakfasts were excellent, well presented and of a very high quality. The location was brilliant, just a few minutes walk into town. The room was so clean and the bed was so comfortable. The service provided by the staff was exceptional and friendly. Could not be bettered.

Great location. Exceptional service and atte tion to detail. Breakfast choice for vegans and vegetarians like us was great.

Breakfasts were good. Very clean. Since we were traveling with friends, it would have been nice if there was an area where we could spend time with them. The dining area was only open during breakfast. The staff was not as friendly as I would have expected. I got the impression that they really did not want to interact with their guests.

Ideally situated just a 5 minute walk into Keswick town centre. Comfortable room and bed: we slept very well. Attentive hosts and a lovely breakfast. The toilet cistern in the room may need to be checked as it filled for an extended period of time after every flush. Not a complaint as we loved our stay but something that is probably an easy fix.

Everything was great. The location, the room, the facilities, breakfast... and Vanessa's amazing hospitality. Next time I'm in Keswick, I have no doubt I'll stay here again.

Welcoming hosts. Very clean with tea, coffee and biscuits available in the room. Tastefully decorated. A good cooked breakfast included. Parking on the street can be busy.

breakfast was nice with simple options. location is good just 5 mins walk into town center with plenty of options for eateries. tea and coffee making in rooms with a proper mug !! :-) No parking .... but this said we managed to park right outside.
