Everything was good but beds were uncomfortable woke up very stiff

If you just needed a place to sleep… this is the place … 5 mins away from my brother in law , closed to Publix, restaurants.

Staff is ok. Breakfast is ok. Air conditioning is excellent.

On check-in, room door lock was not working. Staff relocated me promptly. Breakfast was okay, but could be better

GREAT PLACE

Easy place to stop over for a night

It serves its purpose of a place to rest for the night. The room 310 smelled like wet dog. There was a spot on the wall near the long mirror that looked like dry blood, black stuff on the mirror. Definitely not the cleanest place.

Clean room, really nice and helpful staff

The towels had stains on them.

Clean. Convenient. Comfortable. Great parking. Close to food/gas/shopping options. Nothing!

We were greeted upon arrival. Quick check in. Room was clean and quiet. We left at 5 am to get ahead of Atlanta traffic, so No review if breakfast that was offered.

The toilet is not fastened to the floor, everytime you used it felt like it was going to fall over. It ran all the time and hard to flush without removing the back and manually working. Did notify the maintenance who told us that was normal. The mattress needed to be upgraded very worn.

Our stay was good overall. The only issue we experienced was that we were not allowed to use the washer and dryer after 8:00 p.m. As a result, I had to leave the property and go to a laundromat to wash my son's baseball uniform for his game the next day. It would have been much more convenient if guests had access to the laundry facilities later in the evening, especially for situations like ours.

I was pleasantly surprised as I expected lesser quality. Premises and room were clean, though they need maintenance attention. Laundry room washer/dryer didn’t work properly and we had to end up finding a local laundromat late night to finish our wet laundry. When asked for help, their only recommendation was to hang clothes around bathroom and didn’t even offer to reimburse what was spent in their equipment that didn’t work. Most staff need customer service skills, respect in a hospitality field. While some spoke others didn’t even look up when you walked by front desk. Breakfast was decent but should be extended later, especially on weekends. Received zero housekeeping services throughout our 4 night stay. Bedding was clean and comfortable but we did have other friends staying and the difference in rooms/floors is wild! Example: 2nd floor had a musty smell whereas the 4th smelled clean. Same with bathroom, completely different on both floors. Overall not too shabby.
