Didn't get to stay the night as we were greeted by some roaches as we entered the room. We walk right out and back down to front desk. They offered another room or refund. We took the refund offer and left for another hotel.

Unsafe, hostile, corrupt. I ended up sleeping in my car after a 12 hour drive due to the staff's cruelty, maliciousness, and negligence.

The room was filthy ! Floors were dirty! Draws were dirty with fuzz and hair in them! On openning the door we were overwhelmed by a terrible disinfectant / rotten atmosphere order! We left immediately to find new lodgings!!! Will demand a refund!!!

Also one person(not sure if a quest-was begging fund in the hallways. Also quests are allowed to sit on the sidewalks outside front of building. Hallways needs vacuuming. Elevator floors needs cleaning.I will not stay here again .

- cleanliness - the carpets had significant stains. The fan is the bathroom was rusted with significant dust accumulated on it. - maintenance - the ceiling had been patched and primed but not finished and some of the popcorn ceiling was falling off. The shower faucet had a significant gap where water could get behind the wall or tile. - safety - the side door that is supposed to be locked had the entire locking mechanism was missing and people could go in and out with no key. I have picture to share if you care to see it. Very disappointing to bring my wife to this hotel. You would not want your spouse, parents or kids to stay here.
