Terrible 😞 everything was just bad go stay and you will see.. be warned

The front desk would not give us towels on our 7 day stay I literally had to go and buy towels . No housekeeping at all. They leave the doors proped open all night major safety concern. Also this location was overpriced compared to the other properties.

The room wasn’t cleaned. I paid for 2 beds. They had to move me to another room. And only had a 1 bed w/ a pull out couch. It was bugs in the room. Chips on the floor. The building stunk! Worst experience. The kids didn’t want to stay. And I had to call back and be compensated because they didn’t do the first time they said they did. And even after that they only funded 175.

The pictures online are not of this property. It smells like weed even in the non-smoking room I was given. The floor was greasy and there were zero outlets for charging anything.

We arrived to the property and first impression wasn't the best but I don't judge the book by its cover. Went into the room and it had a smell like moist, the ac filter wasn't cleaned, and when I pulled the blanket because they were tucked in a white powder came off. Not sure what it was but I assumed it was for odor or maybe some sort of prevention for bugs. I have been to other extended stays and I haven't experience something like that. Overall I only stayed 1 night and wouldn't return.

When bed was made they put the blanket next to the skin had to remake so sheet was right. no one at desk in am so couldn't get a cart to carry out luggage being handicap that made several trips really hard on legs

The first room had a significant leak that left the entire carpet damp. The room felt humid and uncomfortable, and there were clear signs of water damage. After being moved, the second room had an air conditioning unit that stopped working and only blew hot air. In addition, several rooms were missing basic items such as trash cans and shower curtains. Housekeeping standards appeared to be very poor, as the rooms were not cleaned thoroughly. We also encountered roaches during our stay, which was unacceptable. To make matters worse, noise from other guests made it difficult to relax or get proper rest. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable experience from start to finish. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property to others.

The place Tricie was terrible not professional very rude tried to charge me for towel customer service sucked & I used to love coming there

Not hot water/no WiFi

Entrance to hotel initially harledd to see so had to make a u-turn back to driveway. Pictures on website indicated a sofa for the suite, but my room only had a chair. Once settled in, found out the TV did not work, and did not want to change rooms.

The room never got cleaned during our time staying there (3 weeks). The sinks would not drain, staff would not fix it. They continuously called late at night stating one of our rooms was not paid for, when I had every receipt showing that it was. An overall terrible stay, unclean and not helpful.

Although posted as a 3 star property the overall standard is not aligned with that

I didn’t even checkin…saw the peppery from outside and left!

Lots of noise w/ one couple fighting night & day. New carpet in the hallways is desperately needed. The sign at the front desk states registration records will be released to law enforcement at their request. I only stayed one night of the two I booked.

The shower didn't work. The AC was too loud to hardly sleep. Overall I think the apartment you need A makeover. Would not recommend it to anyone.
