Location was good, staff was very helpful about all our inquiries. Food was as well very good, buffet with plenty things. I would prefer if it was more clean (windows).

Great location and the overall hotel is nice - The rooms are very very dated and the beds uncomfortable. - The bathroom was not good, specifically the shower holder was very loose from the wall, the sink drained very slowly and the mirror was very unclean. - Hotel is listed as having air con but this room did not have it

Breakfast was horrible. All the bread / pastry items were old and dry, left for hours or maybe days. This hotel has seen better days, everything is old. The older front desk lady responded everything with sarcasm

The view was amazing. Personel was horrible, we were charged twice and then had to wait for the money to be returned, their english was very poor. The room was a lot smaller than advertised.

Very close to city Kalampaka. There is a swimming poll Scam and cheating with prices of rooms from the administration. They were not enough kindly.

Wow, we had such a great time staying at the hotel! We stayed in a new building, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioners and showers were modern, everything was clean and spacious. The hotel’s pool is really luxurious, with a view of the cliffs. The breakfast was indulgent. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We wanted to stay another night because we were having so much fun.
