Nothing about this property is good. Expedia should do better audits. It’s crazy I paid anything for this place.

Expedia is the problem. U sold me a booking and I paid extra for room protection. The property had no rooms available. Expedia should have pulled this room/property from ur site. I shouldn’t have to back track, call the property, call Expedia customer service to get a refund for a room u should not have marketed. U sell rooms without communication with property to make sure it’s available. This has happened to me 4x’s

They over booked the hotel on our wedding night and won't do anything to refund my money.

There is no excuse for this. So disappointed and will never use Expedia again. Do Better! Can’t get ahold of anyone to credit my account.

Nothing The staff where very rude, I went to check in and she said”obviously you didn’t as I don’t have any rooms. When I refused to leave until I could figure out what to do about my booking, she threatened to call the cops. There was a German shepherd running around attacking people.

There was no ice from broken down machine

the first room we got was still dirty, bed wasn’t made and had a horrible smell. They were very helpful with getting us a new room but even then the comforter has lots of animal hair and stains on it and when I went to get a new one they said they did not have any clean ones.

Talked to the Hotel in person during my stay

No soap in dispenser in the shower, asked to to get room made up but got told it would probably be the next day which didn’t help me a bit as I’d be checked out by then 🙄 , property is in need of some repairs and maintenance

The lady at the front was very nice. The property needs to be updated. I checked in around 9:30pm and I was gone by 3am because I saw a roach in the bathroom. The toilet handle was broken and there wasn’t a remote control in the room.

There were two baby roches on the wall.
