The third shift workers cleaned the place I walk in there was a smell. They let the guest play loud music until 4 am the room was dirty.

Nothing The staff was rude the hospitality looked like a transgender man who was trying to get with me and smoked weed and continuously turned up bottles of liquor. The lady at the counter was rude and got hit in the head with a Pepsi bottle that a guest tried to steal. There were huge dogs across the hall and they attacked someone in the room one night and all you could hear is a growling grinding noise. There was a lingering dodo and vomit smell. From dogs and drunk residents throwing up. The guy desensitized my key . So he followed me up the stairs wasn't going to open the door and rushed me out of there at 10: 30. I stayed there a week and was scared in my room . I couldn't get any sleep. About time I woke up breakfast was gone. They overcharged. They said I get a hundred dollars back from my hotel stay for cleaning deposit. The sink was over ran the whole time I was there. Then there is a sign saying renovations etc... people constantly going in and out arguing . Dogs and kids running around weed cheap perfume .

It is under renovation, therefore some areas are still in disrepair. My room was clean, but due to the renovation other areas were not. It’s a work in progress.

The room was nice. The floors were quiet. They gave me keys that didn’t work, then the keys that did work opened up a dirty room. They gave me another room.

Breakfast was typical hotel fare, but filling. Our second room was nice, and the beds comfortable. Our first room (105) should be put out of service. The toilet was badly leaking all over the floor. There were large spots of black mold on the wall. There was no bath towels or toiletries. The ceiling had huge yellowed places all over it. The TV would only connect to 1 channel. One bedspread had what appeared to be a quarter sized cigarette burn hole.

The bed was great. Liked the hot water and shower pressure. Refrigerator was not working and had mold growing in it. I could only get one channel on the tv but probably for the best so I did not stay up all night watching tv.

The size of the room. Bad Customer service, not consistent with breakfast. Seems to be a trap for people with monthly disability payments. It's not a good place to go to or be. To much drama.

Great customer service great pricing. Yes, they are under renovation so a little dust here and there is expected but hardly seen. Na

The staff was good people, but the room was not clean. It was nasty his dog hair all in the bed on the sheets and smelly just like animals I was not able to sleep because the dog hair was irritating. Dog hair everywhere I don’t feel like dogs should be able to get in the bed where others have to sleep and they’re not properly cleaning the sheets
