I've done early check ins multiple times in other hotels and never was asked for an extra charge! So we decided to hang out in the dining area while we wait and it was full of flies and some mosquitoes! Ew...

Clean rooms. Flies flying around in the breakfast area. Due to a damaged power pole, hotel rooms lost power. The bldg generator only powers the hallway lights and 1st floor.

I called the hotel and spoke with two different reps, the first rep stated that my security deposit had been refunded and the second time I called, the rep stated that my security deposit was refunded the same day of my check out. Yet, I keep being told it was refunded but my bank shows no signs of refund, or pending. I then called the call center and I was told that a ticket has been created. I plan on waiting until the end of this week, if I do not get back my security deposit by then, I plan on filing a dispute with my bank. I don't understand what is going on, when I went to another vacationearlier this year, my security deposit was issued and I received it the same day! This Hotel is a nightmare, when it comes to receiving your security deposit. I wouldn't book here again because of the hassle I am going through just to get my money back.

Breakfast was really good didn’t like they had homeless ppl sleeping outside in front of the hotel didn’t see no bed bugs carpet could be cleaned better vents from the ac tv remote was sticky but overall was decent but for 250$ should have been much better

Despite the way the rest of the hotel looked, the hotel room was clean I will never stay at this hotel again and strongly advise others to avoid it. Given the cost, the experience was entirely unacceptable. • Front Desk & Service: Calling ahead about a late arrival was a nightmare—the staff lost my reservation and left me on hold indefinitely. Upon arrival, the front desk team was nonchalant and painfully slow. • Cleanliness & Maintenance: The lobby floors, elevator doors, and elevator walls were visibly dirty. Mid-stay, my room key randomly deactivated. • Room: The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the iron was broken. Requesting a replacement twice delayed my entire morning. • Breakfast: Complete disappointment. The coffee machine didn't work, and there was zero hygiene oversight, literally watched a guest bite a bagel and put it back into the shared toaster.
