Howard Johnson by Wyndham North Bergen

When I got to the Howard Johnson the first room they sent me in smelled like marijuana.. I had to go back to the front or office then let them know can they change my room The Host asked me why I. explained to her. I don't smoke marijuana and I don't want to be in a room with marijuana so they give me another room 106. I wasn't too comfortable with that room it wasn't clean I will never go back again very uncomfortable

I liked it was very comfortable and in a accessible location I didnt like how when I went to enter my room again after leaving the key wouldn’t work and id have to come backs and get it fixed every time and upon one of the attempts the staff was rude to me

I am very disappointed with the condition of this hotel room. The room has a very bad and unpleasant smell, and I found hair on the bed, which clearly indicates that it was not properly cleaned before our arrival. The overall cleanliness is unacceptable, and my family and I do not feel comfortable or safe staying in this room.

This place was not what I expected AT ALL! The room had and horrible odor, the floor was slippery from the substance they cleaned with. A bunch of garbage debris out side. Very distasteful

The bed was comfortable Not enough channels and not alot of places around

My family was asked to take stairs even though there was another way through which stairs could have been avoided. Corridor was unclean and stinky. It was totally overpriced.

We didn’t even check in because of the safety issue. Didn’t feel safe when we got to the property. The photos are not accurate. This hotel wouldn’t give us our full refund. Paid $200 for not even staying there. Don’t stay here. Customer service is terrible.

Economic price, facilities such as fridge, coffee maker, and microwave.

It is a very good hotel considering the nightly rate; I recommend the rooms with a Jacuzzi. It is a place I would stay at again. The rooms on the lower level feel a bit enclosed, whereas the rooms in the upper section are more practical and comfortable.
