Everything. The staff broke my suitcase's wheel while bringing to my room, but to fix it, it turned a chaos. I didn't feel a big sense of responsibility. It took them many hours to realize and align with their colleagues in another shift where the suitcase is. In the end, they claimed it is fixed while the only thing they did was adding a new wheel so badly screwed to the suitcase unevenly. Basically my suitcase became useless now, but no compensation nor replaced suitcase was given Else they were nice.

Everything!!! The hotel truly captures the magic of Istanbul. I loved: - the location - breakfast - interior design - amenities And most of all the staff of the hotel who were kind and professional! I liked everything!

All staff from down to top including The Marmara Cafe were awesome, helpful, friendly and sincere, especially chef Ayse Hanim, Hasan, Bunyamin, Yusuf Beyler, Trainees Ecrin ve Omer. The location were superb! Nothing, all good!

location I was very disappointed with my check-in experience. The reception staff refused to allow me to check in with my children unless I provided official documents proving that they are my children. I found this request unusual and unnecessary. This is not my first visit to Turkey, and I have never encountered such a requirement at any hotel before. The experience was embarrassing and inconvenient for my family.

From the location,breakfast,restaurant view ,room design.and the number of elevators that were fast. The reception,they cooperated with us ,a family of 4,upon arrival ,and put us on the same floor and next to each other. They had a tv and a special place for the world cup football games.the room was cleaned every day and the sheets were changed. The pool was nice with a view of the Bosphorus (although it was a bit cold when we were there) Considering the hotel is a five star hotel,there were no complete toiletries in our companion,but they were provided upon request

What made our stay truly memorable was the exceptional hospitality of two outstanding staff members: Mr. Ismet Uygur and Mr. Hasan Urker. As supervisor and manager, they were absolutely incredible. During our 10-day stay, the lounge menu was never repetitive, and when we had an issue involving my child, they went above and beyond to help us. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care taught me what true hospitality looks like. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the reception team and the hotel management. They were not supportive, were not proactive in solving problems, and did not provide us with enough information about the lounge benefits. When we raised concerns, they did very little to help. Their service felt more like that of a 3-star hotel. The contrast between the two teams was remarkable. The food and lounge staff delivered what felt like a 7-star experience, while the front desk and management fell far below the standard expected from a hotel of this level.

Safety and staff. I forgot to close my safe box and no one touched my stuff. Thanks for reliable staff especially Sedige hanum from housekeeping section. Other staff are also friendly and helpful thanks to Ali in reception and a bellboy Furkan. Noise

The convenience, the friendliness, the staff, the great food Especially helpful and very, very caring Waz Lara at the desk And Fatma in guest services. They were so kind as it was our wedding anniversary, and they just went the extra mile for us. We will never stay anywhere else when we come to Istanbul! Nothing
