Only the location Dear Taksim Hill Hotel Management and Booking.com Customer Support, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my stay at Taksim Hill Hotel in Istanbul. During my stay, the air conditioning has not been working throughout the entire hotel. This issue affects all rooms, making the stay extremely uncomfortable, especially during the summer. I brought this matter to the attention of the hotel staff several times, but their response was simply that they could not do anything about it. They did not offer any solution, an alternative room, or any effort to resolve the issue. I found the attitude of the staff to be unhelpful and unprofessional. I booked this hotel expecting a comfortable stay with the amenities that were advertised, including functioning air conditioning. Unfortunately, the current conditions do not match what was promised. I kindly request that Booking.com investigate this matter and assist in finding a fair resolution. I also ask the hotel management to address this issue immediately and consider appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. I look forward to your prompt response. Kind regards,

Good location The room was given to us was very tiny for 3 people the room is not for 3 beds at all, the toilet door is bumping to the toilet seat, the view was a huge scary AC unit and the guy kept asking for money to change the room.

The only benefit this hotel has is the Location ! 1- The hotel is so filthy and dirty, we had to change rooms 3 times till we found an OK room to sleep in, they upgraded us to Seaview room after the pee incident. 2-The pee was all over the toilet when we checked in!!! 3-Carpets are stained and dirty, towels are dated, Tv and remote is not working! 4-Wifi is not working most of the time. 5-Staff are so rude and not helpful, I had to ask for 5 times for an iron and nothing was provided. 6- we asked for a late check out and they said only if you gave us the heights score on Booking! Not a 4 star hotel standards at all.

Right on Taxim Square. The subway was mere meters from the front door. Many dining and shopping options within a short walk away. Wonderful locatiion. Easy access to public transportation. Safe and quiet with large rooms and excellent facilities. Breakfast was great with a large selection and fresh fruits and vegetables. Would stay there again. Out of the control of the staff, we arrived for the annual remembrance of an incident in Taxim Square many years ago. The entire place was locked down. However this turned into a positive as I was able to watch from my balcony room the peaceful demonstrations which were held all day. It was quite a unique opportunity. The staff insured our safety during this period and assisted us in traveling to the Blue Mosque area.

Excellent location near Metro, bus, funicular and Istiklal tram. Very lively Taksim Meydani with many restaurants and shops and great ambience. Laundry is expensive.
