Everything, this is our 7-8th time of reserving there. when we reserved one more night, we had to move to other room with view to ugly backyard

I booked the property for the location as it was near the start and end of the half marathon so it did the job. It was clean, the pool/spa was small but f worked okay. The room was noisy throughout the night and therefore it was almost impossible to sleep. Two of the three shampoo/showergel dispensers were broken.

Location and breakfast Nobody speaks English except a man in reception. You have to pay 2 EUR to buy a cap for swimming. But the guy in the pool was very rude. He wants only cash and he don’t want to bill it to room. Unfortunately we don’t had cash and we were not allowed to use the pool

Very nice hotel in the perfect location near the metro. The staff was so kind that one girl gave me her personal bus pass to get to an appointment. I’m gluten free and vegan and the breakfast was so delicious! I was very well fed! I am now in love with Istanbul and Turkish people. Everyone is so kind!!!

The location is a little problematic.

The location is good. It takes approximately 30 minutes to walk to the historic centre of the city. Migros is within a 5 minute walk. The areas teems with cafes, restaurants, shops. Careful with those restaurants as the prices in some of them are just ridiculous. Histroria shopping and life centre as well as Aksaray Metro station are within walkable distance. The hotel also offers a transfer to Istanbul airport for 50 EUR. Of course, you can't change the view from the window but it is worth reconsidering the quality of coffee in the restaurant.
