Every thing is clean except rooms.

Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The reception was very helpful It seemed that their were areas in the room (like under the sofa) that hadn’t been vacuumed in a while.

Close to downtown, breakfast was good The bathroom need renovation and the place is small.

Excellent location close to the metro and convenient to reach either of airports, bus station or tourist attractions. Sparkling clean. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. We stayed 2 times, first time on the 2nd floor and then on the 3rd floor. As 3rd floor is below a smoking terrace ,we could smell some smoke . Thus I recommend rooms on the 2nd floor.

The hotel staff were wonderful people, and the location is very close to the Yenikapı metro and Taksim. It is quiet at night, no street noise comes into the room. Breakfast was much more plentiful and filling than we expected. ? We couldn't adjust the room temperature ourselves. We had to tell reception.

While booking the room I requested for an early check in knowing would be flying in early in the mor. They agreed to the request and still was not able to provide it in ground. We requested for a room with lobby and spacious and that wasn’t provided for us. I actually requested for cancellation but they said they can’t provide that. My husband and I actually have to look for another hotel to stay because the environment and the facility did not match our requirements. The staff were smoking outside and the it was all coming into the reception area and making it so awful for me .

The recession was very nice and very welcoming The drinks they put in the refrigerator for guest. They asked me to pay when I was leaving and they did not tell me before that I was going to pay for it, if I if Idrink it. That was the only miscommunication that got me feel a little bit bad about them.

Nothing, it was mistaken by booking because I booked the one in Fatih and they gave me a room in the Aksarai branch The location, the room size, the hotel cleanliness

I want to thank the staff, especially MERT was a great guy, friendly ready to support us, and very welcoming. He made our stay way better and more special. The coffee machine is not good at all. If you are a coffee lover, noise on the morning especially on the working days
