This place is well situated in Inverness (like most hostels in town). The rooms are also clean and well maintained. Look up "if the krusty crab was a millenial pizza joint" ... that's what this place is. Plastic, overpriced, and self important... also they locked my washed clothes (which they washed due to policy) in a time restricted area and threw a fit when I tried to get them back prior to an early morning flight. Oh and you can't use their wifi to make calls. Ngl I wish I just slept in a park, but hey if that kind of set up is what you're looking for, I guess it's good

This is a very cozy and homely place to be when traveling. It's in a great location for everything you need and nice and quiet for weary travelers. Staff is extremely helpful and accommodating and friendly. Great to place to make new friends on the go, and I'll definitely be staying here again one day. If you're going out of Inverness for a few days but returning they will let you leave whatever you don't want to take in their storage and if you let them know a head of time they do laundry which was an amazing bonus. There's a few spots that spiders made themselves at home that really freaks me out but other than that nothing to complain about.

It was in a very nice location. Room was comfortable. The people in the room next door stayed talking behind our door very late at night so we couldn’t sleep. Bathroom bin was too small for the big hand paper towels to fit.

Excellent location. Kitchen was well equipped. ladder to the upper bunk was strong and comfortable. Bunks designed very well for privacy. I found the pillows too thick for my comfort. It was very warm in the upper bunk when the other guests shut the window as they found it chilly. The guests didn’t clean up food in sink or shave hair at sink. No fault of property. Depends on the guests.

I really love this place. It’s close to downtown, there is an awesome pub next-door, check-in was easy the bed was comfortable and provided lots of privacy, showers and bathrooms were clean, staff was pleasant. In short, 10 stars out of 10! I liked everything.

Location was perfect post hiking into inverness. Good central location. Its not that i did not like the room it was just very warm.

The location was good, walkable and next door to Inverness Castle Just the overall facilities were not that great. They didn’t have any iron which is kind of weird. Just a suggestion: please provide fans and air spray during the summer months as the room I was in was extremely stuffy and it was hard to breathe.
