Not a lot Room wasn't that clean curtains hanging off rails. Doors dirty wall all dirty marks on them decor not up to standard for what they charge for .

Well located, spacious rooms including family room options I wish it was clearly mentioned that the swimming pool is in fact booked every evening from 4-7.30pm for local swimming classes which ,means hotel guests are effectively not able to use it. So the entire reason we booked this place was in fact not available. Also the conditions were not great, needs repair and maintenance

Location and staff were lovely. Quiet area Bed was uncomfy as mattress took hard. Hotel a little tired looking and spa facilities were limited to pool only as sauna broken. Pool floor was gritty so needed cleaning. Unfortunately kids summer hols so swimming lessons on too. Didn't have breakfast as a lovely cafe just along road was amazing.

Nice room recently redecorated I think. Easy access on ground floor. One thing spoiled the bedroom ie curtain on window was hanging off rail It’s detail like that which downgrades the review stars.

Breakfast was ok had to pay £15 a day for this. Location ok to walk into town wee but of a hill coming back up Furniture in room bit dated but room was clean. Changing room could do with a wee bit of work fone as well

Location close to city centre. Bar area / lounge facility. Reception staff were very professional. Decor was fresh. Car parking on site albeit you paid a daily rate. The room was small - very little space between the end of the bed and the desk. Just enough space for a chair. It meant moving around the bed awkward. The en-suite was fine good shower. No safe in room. Dining room was nicely decorated and food was good.

Hotel was perfect spot in Inverness. Had a spa and swimming pool which unfortunately we didn’t have time to use. The humidity and a little fan wasn’t a good battle.

It was in a good location. Short walk into the centre and had parking. The room I was in was like a sauna. When I said at reception in the morning they said they were waiting for a part for the air conditioning. They had put 2 fans in the room but that did nothing. No one should have been staying in that room until the air con was fixed. The window didnt open much either so couldnt get much air in. If I had been staying more than 1 night I would have asked to move. And breakfast wasnt great. The eggs were like rubber and potato scones were barely cooked.

Location and the ale was very good, the barman had cleaned the pipes the day before. Breakfast was self service which I’m not keen on. I prefer a cooked breakfast to order. Some noise from other rooms particularly when people let the door bang shut. Breakfast cooked to order. Noise from other occupants banging doors and walking about above me.

Positioning of the hotel Poor quality food.

Very well located. Beautiful property with good facilities. Cleaning of communal areas, especially hallways. Maintenance of the pool area.
