Sandman Motel

This place should not be called a hotel. I have never experienced such an unprofessional and dishonest hotel in the United States. The staff treated guests poorly and tried to force customers to pay in cash, ignoring the payment that had already been made through Booking.com. They acted as if the Booking.com reservation did not matter and attempted to charge me again. This business is misleading, untrustworthy, and provides a terrible customer experience. I would never stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone.

The room ladies were very nice and helpful. They only take cash .

Everything was old and outdated, and the hotel rooms had almost no amenities. When I took a shower, the water leaked out of the shower and all over the bathroom floor. The hotel rooms also smelled strongly of marijuana. On top of that, they still charged me a cash fee in addition to the taxes. If I had known all of this beforehand, I would never have stayed there.I think they should be cleaner than that is now.

They didnot give me a room. They mentioned that they are overbooked

l didn't like anything. This was one of the worst places I've ever stayed at. Beds where to small for 2 adults. Rooms not worth the asking price. Wifi was horrible. We never received any house keeping service. l would no recommend this place to anyone.

Convenience I liked everything

The booking information doesn’t state that you must be 21+ to stay here. Once I arrived and learned this, the staff said they would make an “exception” but only as long as I didn’t talk to anybody at the property or leave my room unless I was leaving the property. I did not feel safe with this and the check in process felt sketchy. Having to get cash out of their ATM to pay. The room itself which I saw for only a moment was disgusting and warm down, nothing like the pictures shown.

I liked nothing about it. It was very dirty. The shower was dirty and the floor was not cleaned and it had a very strong cigarette scent and burnt marks on the floor as well.

It was a motel to find comfort and privacy outside a long work day Loud music sometimes

Took forever kept changing check in times

People were fighting outside, and we couldn't sleep at night because of the noise. The room reeked of tobacco, and the smell lingered on us even after we left. To make matters worse, we saw a couple of cockroaches in the room.

Best location and supportive staff.

Nothing nasty the room smelled like cigarettes, extremely. there where cigarette stains all over the place. the AC doesn’t work property, and also the air blowing out of it smells like cigarettes. The only way to pay is by cash. Don’t stay here for your own sake.

The rudest woman I've ever encountered gave our room away to a walk-in who In her words" paid cash and with worth more than we were" and scolded me in front of my child for not paying in advance and that we were not worth her time. Bookings.com continuing to do business with this establishment shows blatant disregard for their customers well-being.
