I reserved for my mom and sister , their names were in the hotel messages and when they got there late at night the front desk didnt allow them to check in and wanted to charge them $160 instead of checking their messages

When we asked for clean towels and additional toilet paper, we were met with resistance. We were only given one roll of toilet paper for the entire weekend and were made to feel like requesting more was unreasonable. Basic necessities should never be this difficult to get during a hotel stay. The only positive part of our experience was the housekeeping staff. They were kind, friendly, and the only employees who genuinely tried to be helpful. Overall, the lack of customer service, poor management, and refusal to provide basic amenities made this an incredibly disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

The 24 hours staff were fantastic

The room was ok. Towels were bigger than most motels. Only problem i had was there was two of us with cars and they only allowed one car. I had to park my car around the corner on the street. They should put that in the description of hotel so people can know ahead of time.

Ok for nights stay reasonably close to airport. Room was clean and comfortable but lacked basics like kettle for tea or coffee machine to back up fridge and microwave. Plenty of parking and elevator were big plus

This was a good find and very economical. The AC was turned off and took awhile to get going. Parking was adequate. Was concerned coming in later after a concert @ Kia Forum however there was plenty of spaces available. Staff was good. The lady at the front desk speaks broken English and they have to take a $100 charge to your card in case of any damage but it's not actually charged until you check out and everything is in the same condition as you checked in. She hands you your room key/card & remote. The room is modern and fine. Shower and toilet worked great. If you want something convenient & on the cheaper side near the arenas and stadiums would book again if I'm in the area for a concert or sporting event. If you want to walk to the venues, this is not the hotel to book. Too far to walk but easy drive to where everything is at. A bit congested traffic leaving the property but not bad. Just flip a u turn on Manchester to get you in the right direction.
