Older hotel, no hair dryer, which I found odd. Great location though. Would stay there again.

I was an okay experience staying at the property.

We were greeted by Sabrina at the front desk, who was delightful and personable. Our room had an amazing view of the monument. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our visit. The text option offered by the valet service was easy to use and allowed us to get our car in a timely manner. Overall, we were happy and would definitely stay again!

Check in was quick and the staff was very helpful. They were doing construction on the garage so you couldn’t park at the hotel. You had to use valet which was very busy or park down the street

Outdoor Pool on the 9th floor was nice. Nice views of the circle and convenient location to many restaurants and bars.

It was a nice place, not as close to downtown as I had hoped but their driver made the experience wonderful!

The staff was friendly and the bed was super comfortable. Unfortunately even though our check in was scheduled for 3pm we weren't able to actually get checked into our room til after 5 due to the unavailability of there suites due to 100% occupancy the night before which put us behind on our reservations for our dinner and other activities.

So the staff were always kind and friendly with the exception of one older woman who worked the breakfast bar in the mornings. She was pretty rude and made all 4 of us (2 being my sons) uncomfortable with the extreme lack of friendliness. The headboards hadn't been dusted in god knows how long, i have pictures to prove it. Their parking garage was down and so we had to park 10 minutes down the road because we weren't gonna pay 55.00 a night for valet parking because that was not communicated to us prior to out trip from dayton ohio...so we hadn't budgeted for that. Had we been told we could have planned better since it was my special needs autistic sons 15th birthday trip. We had to park 5-10 minutes down the road in public parking but it was super sketchy in that whole area. They do very well ay dressing up the hotel online I will say. But...pubic hair in the bathtub, a crack in the ceiling by the closet, never changed the ice bucket liner out, and when I wrote a letter for house keeping to please dust the headboards left on the nightstand they are supposed to wipe down.. didnt happen, nor was the floor ever vacuumed. They didnt offer to send someone up to clean the hairs from the tub or anything, We had to which was GROSS. Which made me question how clean everything else truly was. NOW they did give us free breakfast (which was actually very good) for the hairs in the tub we found which I appreciate..but definitely NOT worth almost 500.00 for 2 nights

Had to wait an hour after check out to get a room. No discount or free parking offered.

Old, run down. Smells like weed inside the hotel

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff. Biggest negative was valet parking was a bit chaotic.

Clean room, good customer service and room service.

Experienced a customer being rude to a staff member in the restaurant but the person kept her cool and didn't let it bother her.
