Hilton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites

Short 12min walk to Gainbridge. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Parking is pricey $50-75). Clean lobby and rooms. Would stay here again

Great location to the arena for a concert. Lobby was spacious and clean. Large rooms and also very try clean. However they could use some TLC. Some carpet stains and ottoman had stains on it. Two restaurants attached were very convenient and delicious, however both bars inside stopped serving alcohol at 10 and 11pm. Valet parking was the most expensive I’ve ever paid at any hotel.

Best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time! The sheets, bedding, pillows were beyond amazing! A top notch place to stay in Indianapolis. I’m already trying to think of another reason to come back!

Just parked and walked everywhere.

Great downtown location, close to everything and lots of places to eat. Staff were accommodating. Room was clean, but the window sill and top of furniture were very dusty. Should have had other amenities like qtips, hair shower cap, etc readily available in the bathroom. Also, “city view” doesn’t mean much… we paid for city view, but we faced the garage building.

Hotel was great, parking could’ve been better. Designated parking spot for each room would be nice.

Packing fee is ridiculously expensive ?

Couldn’t use the coffee pot as some of the components were missing! Seems like it was very quickly gone through. One of the water bottles that they bragged about having in the room was opened and partly empty. The coffee table was very dirty.

The location was awesome, the place looked immaculate, and the staff was polite.

We decided to travel to Indy for my daughter’s tenth birthday and chose this hotel with high hopes! Our stay was beyond our expectations. The room was wonderful, clean, and incredibly spacious. The housekeepers that work at this location deserve a raise because I’ve never been in a cleaner room and I’ve paid way more for hotel rooms. Additionally, the hotel is so incredibly close to everything we wanted to do and within walking distance! We will definitely be coming back!!

The entire property was amazing

No cold water in room 1. Had to have that fixed. No soap in room 2, had to have rhat fixed. Restaurant 140 west was horrible breakfast andd terrible service. Hilton went down on this one

Beautiful hotel with the most spacious room I’ve ever seen! Staff were helpful and friendly! Room was extremely clean and even the sofa bed was comfortable!
