All. People Very cold pool temperature

Checking in was elevated beyond what I’ve ever experienced; we sat at a lovely desk, were given champagne and refreshing towels. The room was so beautifully appointed and luxurious. Our view out to the harbour was stunning. Nothing! Everything was top-notch!

The hotel and the room was incredibly elegant. Staying there made one fell very special...like royalty! The pool/spa area was somewhat lacking, and unfortunately, there were all kinds of critters competing for the space--pigeons, flies, yellow jackets. It is probably beyond the control of the staff, but it was distracting and not too pleasant.

Pristine property centrally located by the water and square. Fabulous staff. The breakfast was extraordinary We had booked a two bed and a one bed. When we arrived, there was no two bed room. My son (18) was not very happy sharing a bed with his sister.

We liked everything, the location couldn't be better, we arrived by private bout charter and left by ferry to Dubrovnik. The hotel was waiting for us at the marina and took us to the ferry at the end. Everything including the amazing decor and the hotel setting was amazing. thank you

The hotel is beautifully appointed in the best location in Hvar town. Elegant and immaculate rooms with a superbly comfortable bed and wonderful views over the Harbour. Unquestionably the best place to stay. Charming and welcoming staff in particular Katja on the reception desk who was especially warm and welcoming. She made our visit extra special. Congratulations to the whole staff! Nothing major. Perhaps slightly more attention in the pool area, but otherwise immaculate.

The most incredible property we’ve ever stayed at. The location, the breakfast, the views, the staff. The team kindly upgraded our accommodations because we were on our honeymoon and truly made it an experience we will NEVER forget - once in a lifetime! Katia at the front desk is amazing. We spent 5 nights at Palace Elisabeth and we will be talking about it for the rest of our lives! Hope we can make it back someday. Nothing - everything was PERFECT. Unrelated to the property, they had a Spartan race on Hvar (right outside hotel) while we were there and it was quite obnoxious!!

Unfortunately there was a glitch in the booking so the room we booked in Palace Elisabeth was not available. However, staff were proactive in contacting me the day before and found us a better room in a different hotel. Not quite as luxurious but still good. Lovely breakfast Accessed spa facilities in Elisabeth and Adriana hotel- very good No tea in room- only coffee

Generous breakfast included with room price. Fresh fruit, made-to-order eggs (try the truffled egg!), all in a lovely patio setting. My "city view" room had a sliver of harbor view and was really spacious, much much bigger than my friend's harbor view room. The concierges were excellent and extremely helpful. Very minor: the privacy hedge on the breakfast patio prevented a harbor view and the breeze

Everything! Absolutely outstanding 5 star experience in every way. Beautifully decorated rooms with very comfortable beds. Very competent and helpful staff in every area of the hotel Fantastic location! Beautiful views! Breakfast and dinner service that is a real treat and far exceeded our expectations. VIP service from the moment we stepped off the ferry. All round 10/10 Nothing
