We didn't like the handheld shower wands. We would prefer standard shower heads (just our preference).

We had a few minor hiccups when we first got there, but the staff was quick to respond and resolve any issue we had

The staff we met were pleasant and the breakfast at the hotel was reasonable. The house which is a few minutes from the hotel was reached by a number of steps, the porter showed us the way which made it easy to find other wise it would be difficult. The house was rather gloomy and not a good size, the bedrooms were really small. The house is on a walkway to the castle so always busy and a bar across the walkway was noisey until late so not a relaxing stay. There was no hot water one day due to us turning off the wrong switch which we resolved but some better notice of this and the fact we needed to request room service should be on an easily seen notice.

Great location. Great breakfast in Park Hotel. Issues solved promptly. This is a tiny property. The 60sq m must include the entry and stairs! Very little room around the enormous beds. The downstairs bathroom is tiny. The photos are deceptive. Noise from bar outside even with windows closed.

The location was perfect! The beds were comfy, and having two bathrooms for the four of us was great. The kitchen had nearly all the facilities you’d need need to make any meal from scratch. Breakfast was nice! Only two small issues - the ironing board didn’t stand up, and there was no tea towel in the kitchen.

Perfect location with amazing breakfast (food and view). 2 small bedrooms and an upstairs living room and kitchen. For the price some details are missing like changing towels and some water running in the downstairs bathroom.

Breakfast was included which was a nice bonus! The air conditioning was great and definitely needed as it was quite hot during August. The only thing that was a little annoying was that there is a cafe right beside the apartment and people sat right outside our apartment each morning early talking very loudly.

Nothing we didn’t like but on the first day we accidentally turned the water heater off as the switch is next to the lights. So our first showers were very cold. Maybe a sign explaining the switch would be helpful.
