I'm sorry but the room was horrible. The bed sheets and all were not washed and fresh at all. It still had dirt & hair from a previous stay. The tub was dirty, so I was not comfortable taking a shower. I had the stay for a week, but I only stayed for one night and cancelled the rest of my stay. The front desk support was nice other than that it was very nasty. They need to do better with the room being prepped for people booking to stay in the future.

I had them move my room 3 times and the last was the cleanest of the 3 but i still wiped down the walls and everything the floors and walls were dirty and also the kids there at the time were outside past midnight making noise when me and others have to work the following morning and also the kids were throwing things to the windows i am not happy with my stay when i tried telling the staff about it they did nothing and they stop answering calls past 11pm not helpful i do not recommend for a economic stay you can find better at the same price maybe

I didn't like the fact that we were on the second floor and the whole time we was there the elevator didn't work. So if you had laundry or groceries you had to make multiple trips up and down the stairs. they only clean the room once a week and you have to go to the front office to get your new towels and toilet paper.

The washing area is outdated you have to get like a roll of quarters to wash clothes. YOU CANT USE A CARD !

I have never worked so damn hard on a getaway like I did in Houston and Biloxi. The owners of these properties needs to be ashamed of themselves changing people for the filthy.I had to clean the refrigerator stove, showers, sinks, floors, microwave etc. I was not able to kick my shoes off and relax like most people get to do. I cleaned the whole room until midnight. They made a big deal about checking in 30mins early. But when you walk in the rooms are gross. I felt like I was in a third world country. Windows didn't work. You couldn't see out the windows. Shut the place down. A deposit for what they should have paid me for cleaning the joint. Bad experience wasted my money 💰 🤑
