The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach

Loved it. The attention to detail from the staff was phenomenal!

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for approximately I believe it was four or five days amenities unreal staff friendly courteous helpful overall pleasant day we will definitely be coming back in the future anytime we go to Honolulu we plan on staying at this but at this location I mean fantastic room anytime we left room service came in or excuse me they came in and cleaned the room up it happened to be my girlfriend's birthday we got a complimentary bottle of champagne with some complimentary cookies we didn't even ask for them they basically just as well was a reason for our stay and with that information they ran with it made the overall experience amazing

The moment you arrive you feel the upscale nature of the property. Everything is clean, well kept, every staff member goes out of their way to treat you like the owner of the property. The staff training is impressive. Everyone is extra courteous and professional, the property does not feel overcrowded, it’s easy to get around, restaurants are nice (with live music- piano), the pool area is not big, but big enough. We only used it for an evening dip, but it was very nice. The quality of our room was exceptional. Clean, spacious, nice size balcony, double sink bathroom with separate deep soaking tub and walk in shower. Clothes washer and dryer (with detergent) included. Whenever you need something just say the word and they promptly deliver. It’s a short walk to the beach, we didn’t mind it. It would be nice if they operated their own beach chair/umbrella service, if that’s possible, but we had our own umbrella. They always give you as many towels as you want. Easy towel return.

Everything was First Class amazing. Their service, the turndown service, the housekeeping, their restaurants and amenities. Loved the many swimming pools. Valet was perfect and timely with the utmost care. Love that Dean and Deluca was downstairs and their ABC market as well. Definite resort living.

Nice hotel. Booked 3 rooms. Unfortunately for a beautiful hotel. One room experienced bed bugs. I was embarrassed my guests were covered with bites. For $7000 per room. They changed rooms but I not compensated for any of our inconvenience.

Clean, friendly people, good location, away from waikiki busy areas but close enough to go to beach.

The facilities are well maintained and complete, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the common areas were beautiful. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated the overall atmosphere, quality of service, and convenience of the property. It is an excellent choice for both family vacations and relaxing getaways. We would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Hawaii and highly recommend it to others.

Everyone was great!!! The pool was 🔥🔥🔥

Myself and fiance went to Hawaii to celebrate her birthday wewere very disappointed based on our experience at the this hotel. It was not clean from the moment we walked in I noticed the room had a very stale smell to it. There were areas of the room that were dusty and appeared as if the room had not been used in a long time. We came back from dinner and as I got into the shower I noticed there was hair in the shower from the previous guests. Then as we pulled the covers back to get into bed I noticed two small stains and then as I pulled it all the way back I saw a big red stain. I called housekeeping and they came and changed the sheets. The next day we noticed a red stain on the headboard it appeared to be old blood. We had greater expectations for the Ritz Carlton not only because of the name but the big price tag that came with it. Management did nothing we definitely won’t be back.
