Luana Waikiki Hotel & Suites

Location was great, walking distance to alot of stores and restaurants. The amenities in the room was a great plus too. Majority of the staff was nice and accommodating. The water pressure could be better, as well as the hot and cold water for the shower. The vent/filter in the bathroom was very dusty too.

Location was great. Easy walk to everything we needed. Bed was too hard so I didn't sleep well for the 7 nights we were there.

Everything. Elevators are slow and 1 out of 3 is always unavailable. Shower from the wall and not from above.

Close to the beach and the heart of Waikiki. Convenient located to shops and many restaurants/eateries. Room was spacious. Checking in and out was fast and easy. There is a lot of space to lounge outside the room Our side of the hotel faced a construction site. The AC was incredibly loud, I recommend bringing ear plugs, otherwise it was a good stay.

Well, not much. Laundry on site. Bed was above average. Rude and pushy valet, small drop off area. Dated and small lobby. Small rooms with loud and ineffective AC. No restaurant that I know of.

Lots of room beautiful view friendly staff

We have stayed many times in Waikiki and Honolulu. This by far is one of our favorite hotels! It is super clean. The staff are really nice and helpful! The valet parking while is $50 is worth it. They don’t take long to get your car and parking everywhere is $50 near the beach highly recommend!

Can’t wait to come back :o)

Close to amenities, walking distance to beach, large shopping malls, transport and food outlets. Room was not as clean as it should have been. I think some people had been in and changed rooms.

Everything was great. The view from our room was amazing

Our rooms 909 and 910 were partial ocean view but they both had a great view across the park and out to the ocean from the balcony Kitchenette area very well equipped Manager complimentary drinks was a nice touch as was complimentary coffee in the lobby Good size pool to swim in Nothing to dislike about the hotel But there was Noise from building work on next door building, directly under our rooms, which began very early around 7/730 am

Amazing hotel and suites. The staff was excellent. Manager’s reception was also lovely!

Just before arrival I read an unfavorable review. I found it to be untrue. We enjoyed our stay. The one and only negative thing was the AC fan was a little loud but it kept us cool.

The location is excellent. It is very convenient to get around, with easy access to buses, and it is also close to shopping areas. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and provided great service. Cons: 1. The air conditioners in both the bedroom and living room were quite loud, especially at night. 2. The refrigerator also made noticeable noise. Other than these two issues, we were very satisfied with our stay, especially the location and the service.
