Very good value hotel just walking distance to Wanchai market and MTR. The rate I got was very fair and the bed is comfortable and it is relatively quiet despite the Queens Road being right there. We can walk from here to Happy Valley, Wanchai and even to Causeway Bay. To the MTR we take around 10 minutes walking. We can take the 6/6A/6X/66 bus just across the road bus stop and goto Repulse Bay or Stanley or the 15 to the Peak. Super cool

Location and the staff in the restaurant The facilities are a little bit old. I was there 9 years ago, everything was new and in good condition , but it seems lacking of maintenance now. The glasses are with water stain, the door with scratches…

It’s convenient and I always like this hotel. Breakfast is good, they offer variety and staff helps you all the time. The staff are friendly, accommodating and patient. Thanks to Alice at the reception for granting our request. She’s very nice and great. Nothing. Just a reminder to bring your toiletries, as the rule in HK for hotels, they don’t provide it anymore. BUT you can get them from a vending machine in the hotel.

location was just in front of the event room was quite okay, just right for the family breakfast - needs a bit of improvement- i hope there were pan cakes and more egg options The free shuttle was very helpful and a very good service there was no pool

Breakfast spread was ok. Good value for money. The rooms need more lighting on the ceiling. the property looks a bit tired and dated.

The location was ideal, connected by subway to Causeway Bay MRT at Times Square, and also a short walking distance to Wan Chai Pier and the trams run in front of the hotel. This made it ideal for getting to all the sights and walking to cafes and restaurants. The hotel does a free airport shuttle too. We were also entitled free breakfast daily due to our Genius level on booking.com and that was a saving for us. Breakfast is a good mix of local and western items. Room was small, but that’s to be expected in central HK areas. There could be a crowd at breakfast but the staff handle it well.

The lovely smoke smell embedded in the carpets. Not the fact that it was super old, run down, and absolutely zero sound insulation.

The breakfast was very good, the hotel was very clean and my room was comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning in HK is intense, and the hotel was no exception to that. It was freezing. There was no natural air at all.

What I really liked about this hotel is the free shuttle bus service, which is very convenient. It provides transfers to and from the Airport Express at Hong Kong Station, as well as to Causeway Bay—a big plus for travelers. Another highlight is the complimentary detox water, available daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. It’s refreshing and a nice touch after a long day exploring the city. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made our stay very relaxing. There’s also a nearby bus station, making it easy to get around. If you’re booking, I recommend upgrading your room. We chose a standard room and were assigned a corner room facing a cemetery, which wasn’t ideal for us.

the room was has advertised very spacious and clean, located on the 1th floor with very quick access by elevator to the floor and also the buffet breakfast bar, the breakfast that was offered was of a wide variety and would cater for nearly all tastes and very plentiful, can not think of a thing

Super location Hotel is getting way too old. I got some water flow into my room from the adjoining room. Although staff handled the situation well, the building and rooms need proper maintenance.
