Breakfast were okay. they were box breakfast but there was fresh coffee and juices. Bedding wasn't changed so the cleanliness of the room wasn't that clean.

I like the location of the hotel The staff is not welcoming and the facilities are old fashion and have an overall cheap look.

Location The room was outdated, the AC was out of control, it was the North Pole in there. The mattress as old as when the UK signed the 100 year lease. The staff unfriendly, especially in your sister hotel down the street where I was supposed to get a lift to the train station, which never happened because the staff ignored me knowing I needed the lift. On top of that, I was offered a cab paid by the Hotel, and when I got to the train station the cab insisted I pay him since the hotel was not going to cover the bill. Truly, a sad sad e,perience.

Communication at the front desk was a bit challenging due to limited English, which made some interactions difficult. The room and amenities felt somewhat lacking, and although the next door hotel shuttle was convenient, the driver wasn’t very approachable and the ride felt uncomfortable. The packed breakfast also didn’t meet our expectations. Overall, these things made the stay a little less comfortable than we’d hoped.

Bed was extremely firm, but was told that is very common in Hong Kong. We did not enjoy the breakfast and would not book that again.

For Hong Kong, and staying on New Years, this was one of the cheaper options. Overall, I found the room to be sufficient. The room was not the biggest but also not the smallest, as is the case in many hotels in Hong Kong. Overall check in experience was smooth. No frills, great for a night stay.

Toilet broke, breakfasts are basically prison food, door locked is out before checkout. Room layouts are poorly considered.

The location is good. Spacious lobby. Staff were friendly. The cleanliness wasnt up to standard. the decor is dated. the bathroom is very east to flood. There are two lifts, and one broke while we were there.

Just the location. The beds are soooo hard, my back hurts every single day for 6 days. There was a pungent odor inside the room. The bath curtain smell bad, the window curtains smell bad. There was no cable tv, no Netflix. Room 1606

Everything went according to plan There was a payment issue with Booking.com but I think it was more Booking.com's fault. If you book through that website and choose to pay when at the front count, the payment might not have gone through yet, and this was after 3 weeks. The room also smelled of stagnant water when first entering. Carpets were stained but felt clean.

Breakfast bad

The location was perfect, the bus stop was just outside the hotel, then tram stop was just around the corner, and the subway station was just a few minutes walk. There were lovely restaurants and bars just a few steps from the hotel. The rooms were neat and tidy, and cozy. The staff working at the hotel were helpful and super nice. Breakfast. Breakfast was really bad. Every morning you got to pick up a breakfast set, which looked like someone went to a buffet picked up one egg dish, one meat dish (two sausages or two burger patties), two peaces of vegetable (either two slices of cucumber or two cherry tomatoes), a savory pudding (beans in ketchup or oatmeal), and a bread. It was edible, but boy was it bad.

The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Check-in and check-out processes were quick and seamless.
