WINHOUSE VILLA

I genuinely cannot rate Helen and her team here highly enough. I've just come home from staying 6 nights and I already want to be back. This is an ideal villa - back from the main street so not so noisy, little distance from ancient town so traffic is not so bad, pool is easy to access and great temperature, rooms are comfortable and airconned, staff are so friendly and welcoming from arrival to departure. It is suitable for both short term and long term stay. It is about a 30-40min walk to ancient town so recommend a bike or grab if you're not a fan of walking. I needed to get my phone fixed and Helen helped me order grabs and get around which would have been a bit tricky otherwise. I cannot wait to come back, I will probably be staying here again. nothing really

We booked the delux bunglow for our friends to stay as a gift for their birthday. We didn't stay in their rooms but we spent the whole day in their pool hanging out with our friends. We did take a look inside the room and its big and spacious and very comfortable. The staff are super nice and friendly. They are pet friendly and took good care of our dog. There is no complaint from our our end.

The owner was incredibly helpful, the rooms were beautiful, and pool and bike use were great. Hoi An is a great town to explore and doing so from Winhouse Villa was really convenient.

These villas are in excellent condition and beautifully designed. The grounds are stunning, and the whole atmosphere feels peaceful and well cared for. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating — I stayed here with my dog, and they were so welcoming and kind to him. They even went above and beyond to help me with a business invoice, which I truly appreciated. I loved it so much that I actually came back for a second stay. They also have everything you need on-site: scooter rentals, laundry service, breakfast, and great coffee. Overall, the experience was wonderful. Highly recommended! There isn't a desk in the room, but I was able to use a small table in a pinch for online meetings.

This was the best place I have stayed in in all of Vietnam. Highly recommend.

Very clean and good facility, stable hot water, room is cleaned and towels are refreshed everyday. Staff are obviously enjoying working there and willing to go extra mile to make guests’ stay comfortable. Good recommendations on things to do and places to eat out. I did enjoy talking and greeting the staff working there. Special thanks to Helene who’s been so kind on using her own time to help get my nutritional supplements on time!

The yard is perfect, and the pool is very refreshing. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and they speak English, which can be scarce in the area. They were always available via WhatsApp. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. We had a health issue during our stay, and they handled it effectively, recommending doctors and a hospital (thank you, Helen!). Their constant availability was a great relief. This is the perfect place to stay in Hoi An, and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit! Everything was perfect

It was a little piece of paradise away from the kaos. It's about a 5 min drive from old town. But very easy to get a Grab cab. Great for our grown up family to have their own room around the pool. There are only 8 cabins. It's peaceful. We loved it. We enjoyed everything.this place is so much better than expected.. maybe the pool could be a bit colder

Nice hotel with beautiful green territory. I would like to mention the staff, they are very friendly and welcoming. The pool was very clean and the room was cleaned while we were away. Take into account that this is a bungalow with panoramic windows to the pool and with the curtains open you will be seen by all vacationers

Compared to many hotels in Vietnam that I visited during this trip, this one was relatively quiet. During my time there, I was able to get a good night's sleep! This is one of the most beautiful, quiet, and cozy places I've stayed during my 2 months of traveling in Vietnam. It's worth the money - 100%

The staff is impeccable, honestly I've never seen such good quality of care and dedication anywhere during my travels. If you're going to Hoi An, stay here if you can. We also had their breakfasts and they were really good. I liked everything.

The space was relaxing and quiet, the pool always refreshing, and the gardens are well looked after and really pleasant to spend time in. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and Hellen was always willing to organise trips for us or help show us where to find the things we needed. The free use of bikes was an added bonus. I really recommended staying here. We booked Phoenix villa after our original accommodation fell through, and we were looking for another large family style villa to replace it, so we were very happy when we found and managed to book one here. However there was a misunderstanding about this, and on arrival we were given different, seperate rooms as an ‘upgrade’, which was not what we had reserved. Despite this, once the original villa we booked became vacant after two nights, we were able to move into it together. It was not a deal breaker by any means, it was just disappointing that after spending so long looking for what we wanted and then finding it, we were then given something else without first being consulted.

Friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room. Tasty breakfast. Quiet location. If you wanted to walk into the old town, it was a good 30 minute walk.

The villa was beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and always clean, the pool was lovely for a swim or rest, and the staff were always so kind and attentive. The location was perfect for us. It was far enough from the centre of town that it was relaxing but still easily walking distance to the ancient town and many other cafes and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay at the Phoenix Hotel Pool Villa!

I had a great stay at this booking. The pool is amazing, and the staff are attentive to our needs. However, the room was quite humid, making our clothes consistently wet. Adding a fan could improve this. Nevertheless, the lush green surroundings created an oasis-like atmosphere, making it an overall enjoyable experience. We came in rainy season so the humidity is high, maybe a fan can help. The payment method was unclear as we thought we could pay by card but in the end only by cash or local bank transfer.
