We had a villa room and it was beautiful. Very nicely done. No complaints about that space. The breakfast was nice and there were two lovely pools on site. The restaurant was terrible. Don’t eat there. The location of the hotel was a bit far from town but there were a couple of places nearby (hotel won’t tell you about them). It’s worth getting off property for meals other than breakfast. You can get a grab into old town but there can be a lot of traffic. Some of the facilities needed an upgrade. The infinity pool deck was dangerous with the boards coming up and holes. And pillows were stained. They also have major construction going. They told us about it and said it wouldn’t start till 10 (it was directly below us) and the first two mornings it started before 8a even after I complained the first day (they gave us a free 30 minute massage).

Great location. Clean room. The infinity pool was a really nice touch during our stay. The restaurant has solid local cuisine if you don’t feel like leaving the property. The room service was also very convenient and elevated the entire experience. For the price, I would recommend. The property is huge. We stayed in the junior suites, which were a solid 4-5min walk from the parking area. Also, there’s no elevator. You’ll need to ask staff for help with luggage. Some staff members didn’t speak English very well, which made it a bit difficult to communicate needs/room service orders.

Cool with green shadow. Need more cares to maintain

The property is nestled away in a quiet area having rice fields on one side. They have a daily shuttle running through the day to either the beach or to old town which is super convenient. The rooms are small but feel real cozy and roomy. Beautiful, peaceful place to stay. They also have two pools, one for adults only and the other families/anyone. The bed was softer than some but still a bit firm for my liking. All preference I know.

it’s peaceful & quiet, lovely garden and despite its considerable size it doesn’t feel like you’re in a big place reception staff gave us incorrect information about a cancelled train

Beautiful main pool overlooking the country side. Reception staff were amazing. Room very large, clean and comfortable. Good bikes to explore the area. We spent 6 weeks in Hoi A Dec/jan staying at different properties. (This is our fourth visit). Decided to stay at a resort type property as a splurge. Honestly, quite disappointing. Breakfast was awful. Out of many food items an hour before it ended. Huge lines for eggs, undrinkable coffee and juice. Main pool lovely, but lounge chairs filthy. Infinity pool entrance looked like a mistake and the pool water was dirty. It was rainy so tried to use the gym. Both treadmills out of order. Tech tried to fix to no avail. I understand it is just at tte end of rainy season but grounds were not well manicured. We’ve stayed in a dozen other hotels in Hoi An.. the worst. Room had a mold smell. Understandable due to weather, and of course can be common in the area. They did kindly provide essential oils to burn. Finally, housekeeping cleaned the room next to us before 7am and they were yelling talking loudly to colleagues outside in front of room. I very rarely leave bad comments about hotels, and I did provide feedback directly to reception.

Really beautiful and old school. Didn’t feel disconnected from the Vietnamese culture like some of the more isolated modern properties. The gym was pretty useless. The treadmills were both out of order and all the equipment was either slightly broken or too worn out. I picked this hotel in the hopes of doing workouts every day so I don’t think they should advertise themselves as having a health centre until their equipment has been safety checked and renewed.

Not much. Room size was decent, bathtub was nice. This was our biggest disappointment with accommodations in our 20 day trip in Vietnam. Fotos of the place look incredible, but the reality doesn’t match the pictures. Although apparently well intentioned, the service during our check-in had no sensibility and clearly overstepped. First, as soon as we got out of the car he ordered us to check if we had left something in the car before even saying hello, in a rude and strange manner. After that, he kept asking us all about our trip destinations and plans, and apparently tried to create some intimacy, when we were clearly tired from the train and car ride and just wanted to get to our room. This same guy who welcomed us in the car and made our checkin, when he finally understood the message and took us to our room, didn’t even ask and just went inside, walking around to show us things. This might seem picky, but despite cultural differences we really appreciated the service all around Vietnam. This guy just had a weird vibe and got us off in the wrong foot. He said we got an upgrade and that our room had a nice view, but we could see just some plants and apparently someones’ backyard. The hotel needs better maintenance and renovation. It doesn’t seem well kept - the devil is in the details. Facilities don’t look very clean, service areas are open for guests to see (kitchen door was open to an outdoor corridor and we could see everything everyday on our way to the lobby). Apparently a breakfast service facility was improvised beneath a stairway that takes you to the “infinity pool”, which seemed awesome in the pictures but was just not inviting. Breakfast was the worst we had in Vietnam. Everything seemed low-quality. From bread, to egg, to fruit. Ate a croissant that dripped butter and honestly was uneatable. Spent the whole day feeling uneasy on the stomach. We decided not to have breakfast on our two last days there. The lobby was also not comfortable at all.

This resort is beautiful and the staff were so kind! It’s situated outside of the bustling Hoi An old town, but they offer shuttles to and from town. We had a beautiful suite facing a farm/residential area. The hotel was clean, the beds were so comfortable and they had lovely amenities in the suite. I wasn’t feeling well and they sent up some hot ginger tea. Thank you for treating my mom and I so well.

The property was very well kept and clean. We loved how friendly the reception staff was. Especially Loan. They were very accommodating in every aspect. Wish we could have stayed longer There weren’t many options within walking distance outside the resort.
-
The hotel offers a truly wonderful, poetic view. Morning sunlight and golden hour make everything feel almost surreal. The room was spacious, and I really loved the interconnecting room option - perfect for families. Breakfast was just okay, and the mattress felt a bit old. Still, we had a great time staying here overall.
-
The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They addressed every need and assisted in setting up sightseeing tours during our stay. They even offered for the restaurant staff to make us an early breakfast in time for our departure (at 3 am). The bed was large, but quite stiff. Caused some soreness by the end of our stay.

Staff Cleanliness Breakfast Attitude of the staff Malfunctioning drains Bad functionality in thr room

The property is clean, modern, aesthetically pleasing and has sockets all over the room. There’s a swing in the courtyard accompanying the balcony. There are two sinks in the room, ample closet space, a large bathtub and shower with hot water and strong water pressure. Breakfast was fantastic. I wish there was an iron in the room and the treadmills in the gym were a bit outdated.

I love the garden & pool, it’s super peaceful. Tasty food & friendly staffs. A bit far from the center but there is a shuttle bus.
-
Has the makings of a brilliant resort. Very obliging staff. Grounds are lovely and green. Lots of little things that need working on. Restaurant and Bfast- average. Need to enforce the no child rule in adult pool. Rooms are not soundproof.
-
The receptionist are not organised. We came at night and during our checked in was up side down. We are so tired and yet our room was not ready?. If you message them they never reply on time, it took them 2 days to answer.

The sauna is expensive to use and not included in a $70 per night booking. 30m foot massage cost 400k VND and 20minutes sauna 200k per person. Restaurant prices are also high. In total expect to pay the double amount of what you booked initially.
