Great pool, clean, good sized room Did not have breakfast even though it said it was included. Owner refunded seemingly arbitrary amount after I asked for details.

Located perfectly, it is moments away from the beach and all restaurants. We had the family room which was very spacious. The people running it are lovely. Our shower clogged but as with most places so not huge issue

The location is fabulous right on the main strip in An Bang close to all bars and restaurants. Chung and the girls are great hosts. This is our 4th time here. Nothing not to like.

We enjoyed our one-night stay while in transit between Cham Island and Da Nang Airport. The hotel is well located in a quiet area, just a short walk from a beautiful beach, as well as a variety of restaurants and bars. There are also convenient amenities nearby, including massage services, scooter rentals, and a booking office. Our room was spacious and clean, with a large, comfortable bed and a bright bathroom. Outside the room, there was a small table with two chairs on a shared balcony along the corridor where the entrances are located, meaning limited privacy. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay

Really good sized rooms, almost too big! Fantastic, large swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. A little bit of a walk into the old town area when it's really hot! There was building work to extend the hotel, although it wasn't too noisy (and has to be done sometime I suppose) Not enough sunbeds for the number of rooms, so once even more rooms have been added the hotel will need to make sure they can accommodate a good few more.

We liked the pool and the room and both seemed refurnished. We had a late checkin and reception greeted us and showed us to our rooms very helpful during our stay. Couldn't stay any longer.

Extra large room with comfortable bed, good aircon. Great central location for beach access, lots of shops and places to eat and about 10mins in a taxi to Old Town. Our pool view room was actually a laundry view room, which wasn't ideal. The pool attracted a heap of early morning kids the whole time we were there so sleeping in was impossible. I understand why that would happen, I just wish I'd thought about it before booking. May have chosen elsewhere. There was also a breakfast reminder knock at the door at about 8:30 each morning that would wake us up regardless though. I think putting some sort of process in place for breakfast, or not preparing food until people come down for breakfast could help this one. None of these were deal breakers but just little things that had an impact on our stay.

Even though English isn't his first language, the owner-host communicated well with me and was agreeable. I loved the pool, which is well maintained, and the gorgeous hanging gardens around the pool area. My room was clean and spacious. I like to sleep in on holiday and the cleaners didn't bother me while sleeping. The location couldn't be better: spas, shops, restaurants and beach all in close walking distance. What a convenient and relaxed holiday. Note that you must pay for your stay upfront in cash. The pool is open for use until 6pm, which I felt could be moved to slightly later, 7 or 8.

There was nothing to like about the place. Cancelled the booking with vague reasons, stating that we had to pay in advance, but failed to mention that to us. Very unresponsive and unprofessional
