Wonderful hostess, the rooms were comfortable and the clean. Rooms were cleaned daily and resupplied and they even gave us beach and swimming pool towels. 5 minute walk tot he beach!

The location is wonderful, just 5 minutes walk to the beach and many restaurants, cafes, etc. and 10-15 mins drive to Hoi An. Right around the corner, there's a very cute new cafe called Bong-appetit, and they make really nice cakes, coffee and tea. The room was quiet and comfortable. The place felt very safe. The neighbourhood feels residential, calm, friendly - it's a nice ambiance! I don't have much complaints because anything I didn't know, Mia would message me back right away on Whatsapp to explain. The ceiling fan in the room is so nice to have, but it can be really noisy, and the lights from the TV and aircon are bright at night (I unplugged the TV). It's a really nice place.

Woundeful homestay with the kindest people. Nice bed and pillows, small fridge in the room a lovely little balcony, quiet street cloes to the beach and the restaurants and bars just around the corner and the morningmarket cloes by. Brekfast by the meny! The frech fruitplatter with yougurth is amazing and the orange juice is frechly preesed. There is nothing to complain about!

A short walk from the beach and a bicycle ride or short taxi into old town. Super close to the Main Street of An Bang where there are lots of restaurants etc. Rooms and bathrooms are updated and spotless. Many yummy breakfast options. Best of all is the super kind lady running it ❤️ We didn’t want to leave!!

The room was spacious, stylish, beautiful and so close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Could have had drinking water in the room and perhaps warmer overhead lights but i’m aware that’s totally a personal preference. I would have extended my stay regardless.

Room was large and nicely furnished, good shower and plenty of towels. WiFi was weak, Lady was nice and smiley, unfortunately she didn't have any English so it was impossible to ask for any information etc. Breakfast room was directly outside of our room so you are woken by the noise from 6:30am onwards.

This place felt like staying with family. The hosts were very kind and took care of everything for us when needed. The rooms were cozy and it became home. The location is great, on a quiet street and a 5 min walk to the quite part of An Bang beach. In 10 minutes you are straight in the action. It's also easy access for Grab taxis to come and take you to Hoi An or even Danang.

The little house nested in a lovely neighborhood which so close to An Bang Beach, I love everything in this location as well as the beach. Not so crowded, not so busy (especially at this time of the year), perfect for a weekend hide away as we did. Takes a while to drive to the ancient Hoi An, but we knew that before choosing the place. Luckily we rented our own motorbike so everything is fine, no problem. If you have to depend on a bicycle, then quite hard on you.

The family was incredibly friendly and helpful. Location is great - a five minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Cozy room that was quiet at night.

Really enjoyed staying here, brilliant location & very friendly. Pool was very small but nice to have at the end of the day. We spent most of our time on the beach, so it was an extra treat.

Good homecooked breakfast prepared with love from the landlord. Great hospitality from her family. The place is in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and restaurants Would be nice if they change towels everyday.

Wonderful family who own / run it. Helpful and friendly, even brought fresh mangoes for us to snack on and cold water when we returned hot and sweaty from being out all day. Nothing!

We had a such a lovely stay here! The location is great, a couple mins walk to the beach and loads of restaurants, bars and cafes. The family that ran were so nice and made us feel so welcome and comfortable! Breakfast was really good and included fresh mango grown at the homestay! The room's are big and modern, the bed and bedding were really comfortable and bathroom was great. The whole place was very clean. We had no complaints whatsoever! Nothing

We had a lovely stay here. Super clean room, lovely family, and a great breakfast included. The pool was a bonus, too. Really close to loads of restaurants and eateries, the local market, and the beach. Perfect location. Nothing

Excellent location 5minute walk to the beach, with lots of lovely bars and restaurants on the way. Room had a balcony, wardrobe, kettle and fridge. Good sized separate shower and toliet. Lovely hosts, would clean room daily providing fresh towels, water and toliet paper each day. She would always wait until we had left the room to clean ,unlike typical "room service" you find in hotels were they wake you up, this was a really nice touch. The swimming is very small more like a plunge pool but very clean.

A family-run business where everyone was very friendly, open and kind. Delicious breakfast, very comfortable beds, hot rain shower, clean linen and a fantastic stay all round.

Exceptional
