The rooms are cozy, clean, beautifully decorated and confortable. The room is equipped with an a/c and fan. They also have a mosquito net if required and mosquito spray at the room We stayed in 2 rooms as we decided to extend the stay and the second one was a beautiful upgrade with a bath tub. Staff is amazing and helpful The breakfast is a la carte and made upon request Absolutely nothing

Everything! Nothing
-
Quiet property - nicely appointed - clean pool - food artistically prepared and delicious - requests promptly met. Room a bit musty smelling - housekeeping left room door opened - burnt out light bulb in bathroom - more mindfulness for dining table setups, turn lights on for guests - anticipate guests needs.

Friendly and helpful cozy and clean. Great food too

The vibe in this resort is very chill and very comfortable. The service here is always friendly and the front desk is very helpful. Highly recommended this villa if you want to enjoy an authentic Vietnamese holida?? This villa is a bit far from the old town, so you’ll need to call a grab or ride the bike if you want to enjoy the old town at night.

Everything! It’s quiet, discreet and the staff are fantastic! The room was comfortable and well thought out, the ambience is spot on. Has a boutique feel without stuffy staff. Breakfast could’ve been more of an event but it was very nice and fresh. We would have liked a selection of handmade coffees rather than a help yourself machine

An villa is a peaceful, tranquil getaway. The rooms are clean and easy on the eyes. The staff were friendly and they went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

The ambiance. The FOOD. Nothing.

Exactly as pictured. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mymy and they also spoke English really well so it was easy to communicate. The breakfast was amazing - best food in the area. A very enjoyable stay. It's a little farther out of town and we biked in every day, which was enjoyable. We easily biked to the closest beach one day - very close and easy to get to. A little farther out of town so getting a Grab took a bit longer during busy times but it was very manageable. And this meant it was quiet and away from the chaos of town and closer to the beach.

Beautiful rooms, pool, restaurant and people.

Quiet. Not in the hustle and bustle of the city. Great staff who were very helpful booking excursions for us. Not too far from the city. A 10-15 minute bike ride away.
-
Staff were really nice and helpful. Location was tranquil but taxi back from hoi an sometimes took a bit of negotiation. Nice and quiet. Not many food or coffee options in the immediate vicinity

The staffs are very attentive, the room has a rustic vibes to it. Nothing

We booked this place because it looked so cozy and relaxing on the website. But when we arrived we basically had to step over cement and other work materials - and thought maybe it wasn’t the main entrance but the back we had arrived to. The style of the hotel is really cute, and we couldn’t wait to just relax for a few days. But there were constantly work going on which woke us up in the morning, but also continued during breakfast. We even tried relaxing by the pool but the workers were using machines, cutting and drilling as it was so stressful and desturbing. Unfortunately we did not enjoy a relaxing stay at all which were the whole point of choosing this place. I do want to say that the staff were all incredible helpful and always ready to help. We never had dinner at the hotel as it wasn’t very cozy in the evening. They should ad some cute lanterns other lights to make the place more inviting and cozy as the place have so much potential! It felt a bit abandoned and could use a small update making it more inviting and cozy. Needed some cozy lights in the garden and the dining area. Also if there is work in progress - at least inform the guests before arriving - or have the workers work after breakfast is finished, and not early mornings. Or maybe a timeframe for some hours where clients know there will be loud work so they can choose to stay away! Definitely not what we were expecting

Beautiful property with wonderful service and staff. Another highlight was the quality of the in-house kitchen. Nothing! Noticed some people have mentioned it is a bit further out from old town… this was a big plus for us. It’s in the rice fields and very relaxing to not be right in the hectic bustle of Old Town. Only 3 km out and really easy to access on free bike or cheap taxi.

The accommodation is charming, unique, comfortable and clean. The food was homely and delicious. The staff were so atten

The hotel is located in a very quiet area. The surroundings are beautiful. The personnel was extremely nice and helpful. Although the location is beautiful and quiet, you need to take a taxi/grab or a bike to get to the city center. In summer it might be a nice walk, but since it was raining when we visited Hoi An, we had to take a Grab every time. In any case, this option is comfortable and very cheap. In three days we took 7 Grabs and in total we paid less than 20€, so it is a very good alternative!

This resort is a heaven of peace in the middle of the rice paddies and a nearby pond. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had the upper room which looks very Mediterranean, a good place for a writer to go on retreat and write their books.

The property was well maintained and the bedrooms were nicely decorated. Nothing.
