Located less than 1 minutes walk from the clean beach where you have everything you need to relax. Location is only 10 min Taxi away of hectic touristic Hoi An. Many restaurants right there. The staff was kind friendly, cheerful and helpful. Make sure to get off taxi on the 'main' road and be ready to roll your luggage a couple of minutes, though our driver took us all the way on the narrow road.

Nice location, across from 2 darling restaurants and steps away from the beach. The pool is charming and the room was big. We even had a private deck which was a nice bonus. No breakfast included in price of the villa but it’s not that big of a deal.

the room with balcony, indoor and outdoor shower, pool, garden, close to the beach, shops, restaurants but a a bit aside from the main road so it’s more quiet, very nice & helpful people at the villa, free bike rental

Great location, only fifty steps from the beach. A great, friendly staff who keep the property spic and span. Rooms are big, modern, and comfortable. This place is a fabulous spot! Tram and her team make everyone feel so comfortable and welcome.

Nice spacious room. Coffee and a big fridge is a plus. Did laundry and i came back smelling really good. Ms Tram is helpful as usual. This is our second stay here. Will come back again

What a little gem! The villa is located in a peaceful area, but only a couple of minutes walk away from the gorgeous sandy beach, and a huge range of lovely small family restaurants. Everything was spotlessly clean and the owner and her staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. We are already planning for next year.

The location is excellent, close to the beach and many great cafes and restaurants, the staff are exceptional, we felt welcome and were extremely well cared for. Tram was so helpful during our stay and went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed and more, even helping to arrange medical assistance when we needed it. Nothing
