It was such a nice and calm property, truly in touch with nature. There are no air conditioners in the hostel rooms, the fan is good but sometimes not enough during the day.

Iocation stuff vibe crowd allmost everything

Hospitality is #1 here. Luna, the host, is a local who is informative and proactive. I was so heart-warmed by how much she was open to helping other guests and me with tours, transportation, tailoring, meals, and any service at all. She was so friendly and involved, and engaged in promoting the local community and small businesses. I was also pleasantly surprised at how convenient, considerate, and clean this hostel was. For being outside and near the beach, the facilities were always clean, and the rooms were aired out with incense every day. Great location close to the beach. All guests were pretty respectful of quiet hours, and the space too, and it's easy to meet other backpackers.

Great bungalow style dorms, next to the beach, restaurant, and bars. Met great people staying there as well! The staff was welcoming especially Sam! Will definitely come here again!

The bungalow was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff so friendly, welcoming, and very helpful.

Cannot speak highly enough of this place. It is run really well, it has amazing staff who are so welcoming. It feels like a big family. Round the corner from the beach. Very comfortable, has everything you need. Great free breakfast included at their veggie restaurant. Seems to attract only very nice travelers to stay. I had the best time there. Nothing

Poor communication, non responsive staff. Do not honor reservations from booking. They told me booking had an error, but after pulling up reservation and seeing no error they finally admitted they had given away the room and needed to move us elsewhere. The other person arrived when I was waiting to move, clearly just a friend of friend they gave preferred treatment to. Annex location was fine, but zero vibe/no other persons there. Which atmosphere was a key reason we had booked. Do NOT try and book airport pickup with them, non responsive and no ride provided.

The staff and their willingness to help all the guests… Tien and Luna are two of the most lovely ladies in Hoi An they are incredible 5 star personalities… I loved my visit and the opportunity to meet some very wonderful guests…,Exceptional!

It was like sleeping in a village in the forest… the room was very comfortable ( with air conditioning) and Tien and all staff were very kind…

Just a bit of dust for the deep cleaning otherwise it was really just fine

Luna at the front desk is SO incredibly helpful and immediately makes you feel like family. I liked this place so much that I came back to stay another two weeks. Clean bathrooms, clean rooms, respectful guest, and complimentary breakfast is SO good! Highly recommend Nothing, love this place!

I always stay here when I am in Hoi An! Everything is excellent! Thanh and Tien are always friendly and helpful as always. I'll be back! Nothing!

Lovely bungalows close to the beach. Staff is super helpful and friendly. My family had a wonderful time.

As soon as I arrived, the team made me feel right at home. They truly are the heart of this place, going above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome - always ready to help. For shared rooms, the bunk beds are so comfortable and big, allowing for space and privacy. They also include a private cupboard with locks - again really big, I could fit my guitar inside :) Each room is surrounded by lush green trees and plants, it's a little escape from the busy street, yet close to shops, restaurants and the sea. I can't recommend Under the Coconut Tree enough. It’s my favorite place to stay, and I have no doubt I’ll be back again! Can't think of anything.

We loved staying here so much. Laid back old school backpacker vibes! Beautiful gardens, well cared for and the family bungalow was very comfortable and cool. What made it were the social areas and the wonderful staff- Tien looked after us so well. It's in a great location for the beach and local restaurants and an easy trip into Hoi An. Exceptional value. Nothing!
