Hotel Simply Stay

Nice staff. I work nightshift. Very accommodating to day sleepers. Also had ironing board. Needed that!

No soap in the shower but otherwise clean, comfortable and quiet. Thanks!

Disgusting infested with bed bugs instead of apologizing or anything he manager tried to argue n yell at me. I told him I have lil bites all over he said its ok like its normal. Then asks me why I letting the middle of the nite? I told him I couldnt sleep there it was disgusting. The rooms were not clean at all. Then turns around and accuses me of smoking in the room not just cigarettes smoking cigars he said did not care to hear me explain I dont even smoke. Just kept insisting i did and that no one went in their after he told me the housekeeper is thr one who checks the room at 9am. I feel he did it to avoid accountability and a refund. He said the videos I have weren't gonna be used as evidence I dont see why but that everyone in the world has the same videos. He asked me to email them to him I did and I also told him I didnt just video the bugs u can clearly see its the same motel room in the background and if everyones picture was the same how my voice is clear as day explaining the videos . He now doesnt answer the phone and will not face me. I dont see why he should own anything for the publics use like that and put peoplenat risk its not only unprofessional and disgusting its morally wrong. He then proceeds to say I was smoking and he has me on video. I told him to show me this video he spoke of because I never left the motel room once after I arrived and the only time I left was when I decided to sleep in my vehicle because theere were so many bed bugs.

The room was very dirty, you can obviously tell they do not clean the rooms. Everything was stained: walls, carpet, bedding, furniture. There was trash and used fake nails behind the furniture. Pieces of hair all over the sheets, shower, and carpet. A used Q-tip behind the restroom door. EXTREMELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Host offered to change rooms but the other room was more disgusting.

The outside portion was a little sketchy looking when we pulled in, lobby & room were fine. The side door where we entered was not locked, so anyone could just walk in. The bed was comfy & room was clean; it was ok for the night. I don't think we would stay again if in the area, just due to the unsafe feeling we got.

The staff at the front desk were ok. My biggest concern was the carpet had stains all over it. The toilet and bath tub were not cleaned. It was cheaper than almost all the hotels in Hobbs.

Very bad experience. I booked a double room and felt uncomfortable in bed during the night. Upon checking, I saw bed bugs. I had to go to the emergency room for an antihistamine. The cleaning was terrible. They should check all their rooms to prevent these problems.

It wasn’t perfect the carpet was really dirty it needs a deep clean when I got in the shower my feet were dirty. There was small trash. Other then the floor being dirty I had a great stay

Breakfast was OK. I only saw coffee to drink with breakfast. No tea, no juice. I don't drink coffee. I was hoping there was an ice machine but I didn't. see one on any of the floors.
