For what we wanted this motel is great

We reserved 2 queen beds on the ground floor but took a smaller king room since my wife can't walk upstairs and that was the only option. That room had only 2 thin foam pillows on the bed, so I asked the manager for more pillows and got 2 extra. Amazingly, a couple of hours after checkout I got call from the same manager accusing me of stealing one of his pillows because there should have been 3 pillows originally in a king room. I had left the original 2 pillows plus the extra two. Believe me, no one wants their old worn out pillows.

The room was clean and a little dated. For the price and having what we wanted it was great.

The bed was comfy room was hot when I first went in ac when I turned it on worked good I did go late because I paid and was told we couldnt get the miney back it was out of my range of stay then no water to make the coffee maker so the coffee wasnt that great then no free breakfast and I think with the price I paid and going there about 2am and leaving there at 9 early I think they need a up date in this room more color and the bath tub no tub plug to take a bath and some one already used the room there was shampoo that was empty already in the shower and both lotions used and one small bottle of shampoo for two people and up to date on soap no smell plain make your skin to dry out tv was good and clear coffee maker did work good the night light was pretty cool no pool no water I just think I paid to much . Everything's at the top

This hotel has everything around the area stores bar grocery stores everything . This place is in the right spot as u first come into Hobbs. Thank u for yalls services.

The air conditioner worked, but made a lot of noise through the night. Kind of kept me awake, but other than that, everything was great.

Staff was decent. The rooms were not clean. There was dog poop spray all over the door. The wires from the fire alarm were hanging in one room and taped up in the other room. We stayed 2 nights a week apart and the rooms were the same. Still had dog poop spray on the door. Their cleaning staff needs to be trained or fired.

The manager was very persistent. I can’t receive anybody in my room eventhough I told him I was traveling alone. I felt intimidated by his persistence on the subject Manager personnel awefull
