Well kept motel, CLEAN rooms, quiet, walking distance to Hershey Park and downtown shopping/restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful.

The rooms are very dated but I liked the outdoor seating area

Location, everything you could think of is in walking distance. Definitely go to the Fresh Market!!

This motel is in a great location. Walkable to all the restaurants and shops downtown. It's about a 1/2hr walk from the venue, which is nice b/c they have a pedestrian walkway all the way to town. The staff is friendly. Parking

The Location is Perfect, the room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff are OUTSTANDING. My next trip in this direction i am definitely going back. Only thing bad, was that we only got to spend one night there.

I liked the grounds, location and quaint atmosphere. Everything was very clean, the staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. I walked to Hershey Stadium for a concert. It took 30 minutes each way walking, but since the weather was good, it was worth it. And the area is safe and well lit.

The property was very welcoming and cute. It had a rustic vibe, but was very clean and comfortable.

The kids had a good time, nice cozy spot that is not trying to rip people off. Lol Hershey Park. Way too congested and lines were too long. Everything was outrageously priced and I know that's everywhere but $8 for one slice of looked like frozen pizza is bad, but that has nothing to do with you guys. Your place was good

Convenient, kitchy and clean Beds were super uncomfortable and the room was humid.

We stay here every time there's a concert. The location is perfect. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Quick 5 min Uber drive to the Hershey Stadium, and a 25-30min walk after the concert. Sandy is wonderful! She always has a smile on her face, so friendly, and informative. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Rooms were very clean. Bathroom towels though were really thin and tiny little bottles of shampoo and conditioner for two people. Didn’t like parking on the street. Overall i would rate it a 8.

The desk staff was very nice. The pillows were flat. I think they were wore out. I guess everything was just old.

The convenience to Hershey Park. The friendly staff. The great price.

Close to everything we like, Hershey Park, Duck Donuts, Chocolate Ave Grill and Harrisburg...Staff is always great. We were even able to enjoy the pool that, even after multiple visits, never knew was there! Will always choose Simmons when visiting the area.

Other than our steps to the room.. the room was clean & quiet. property was very nice. Cute pool Very nice location. Restaurants within walking distance. Parking was never a problem. I would stay again. Perfect older charm. Our room was up very steep steps. Hard to walk up w/luggage in hand. Easier coming down.
