Courtyard by Marriott Hershey Chocolate Avenue

Had a good breakfast the first day with coffee even though they were slammed. Wifi needs to be better as I couldn’t login to theirs or use my own phone. Bathroom shower was pretty good. Beds were hard. Room was teeny tiny. Travelling as a corporate member I expected a bit more for the price.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint was unexpected fees upon check in because we used third party to book our room.

Everything was great. Only downside was the elevator breaking. But it got back up and running eventually

This hotel was great. The staff were wonderland, the grounds and the hotel itself were clean and nice. It's close to the park and to town. We actually walked into town one night to have dinner. The area is great. Highly recommend!

Nice and convenient place to stay while visiting Hershey

We did not care for the food at breakfast at the bistro. But drinks and coffee were fine. The pool is very small with only a few chairs. Otherwise it was a clean place and the staff were very helpful and friendly at check in.

The room I was in the AC was broken. It stayed at 64 degrees and couldn’t get warmer. My kid and I were freezing for 2 nights especially getting out of the shower. Maintenance wasn’t available to fix it at that time.

Jackson the front desk attendant was very polite and helpful.

The stay was wonderful. Hotel was just about 10min drive to Hershey park and 2min drive to restaurants and museums. The room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. Jackson who work at night was so kind and helpful.

A year in advance I purchased and paid in full for a 5 day stay for my daughter’s dance competition. Then without notice they canceled my entire reservation without notification, due to me arriving late. I was told this upon arrival. Marriot did not have any rooms available, there were no other hotels in the area available, had to wait to get my money refunded and dish out more money to rebook at a higher rate. Very inconvenient.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room, gym, and pool were clean and up to date.
