It wasn't clean; there was no shampoo or hairdryer, and the bedsheets were worn to the point of tearing. The washbasin was mounted too high, making it inconvenient to wash up, and the bath towel had an unpleasant odor. It was a three-story building with no elevator

The rooms do not like the picture. It is an older property and it seemed like housekeeping leaves the trash from the rooms in the bins located on the stairs. They were overflowing and did not get emptied at night. I noticed long hair on the room floor. I would definitely not recommend and will not stay there again.

My room was on the 3rd and the only option was to take the stairs. I didn't mind climbing stairs but it was a bit much for my older in age mother. I should have researched a bit more before booking.

The hotel’s location was convenient I have zero tolerance for disrespectful treatment of guests. Hospitality employees should be trained to communicate professionally, respectfully, and with cultural awareness when assisting customers. Unfortunately, that standard was not met during my stay

The bed, bathroom, shower, lighting and fridge were good. The tv and wifi were excellent. The air conditioning is below average.

Building was ok and fairly clean. Location was good, reception was super freindly and nice. Some things like the icemaker and other things like that where pretty tired Some guy came in at about 5 am and was screaming about a woman, cursing and saying he was gonna 'find that b@#&% and f<@(ing murd3r her'. Points for creativity in english and spanish. Not a great way to wake up.
