The room was stained curtains for the windows and shower were stained and dirty, my pillow cases and sheets had dirt stains our chair in the room had stains on it and I had to shove a bar of soap in the shower drain to hold it open so the water could drain

First of all, they have no elevator asked for a partial refund because I’m having surgery across the street cannot stay in the hotel booked it for four days. showed me a room has trash under the bed cat like they had sit in the chair and gave birth little bugs on mattress. Please never stay here. It’s not worth it. It looks like a trap House.

You get what you pay for. I know there were a lot of negative reviews and I agree with most of them. The Lobby smells like Marijuana and parts of the hotel smells like mold and mildew. The property needs a serious upgrade. I know people complained about the $12 parking fee but I didn't mind since I only paid $56 a night for the room. It is in great walking distance to everything else in the area. The one mile walk to FNB Field was great and scenic. Everything else was good with the hotel. My room was clean, my AC worked, sheets were clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was also quiet the night I stayed there. People I spoke to (staff and guests) were all friendly as well. I'm not sure if I would stay there again. Maybe if I'm passing through and need to save money on a hotel room for the night.

Just for one night stay is good

The room was bright, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom too. There is no breakfast included, but you are close to downtown. There is no coffee maker in the room, but there is coffee in the lobby. Parking in the hotel's lot is extra. The hotel is by the waterfront, which is good if you have time on your hands.

Second floor by the vending machines smelled like urine

Very comfortable bed. Fine for a one night stay. Friendly staff. Door was open by door latch when arrived. Room had a strange odor at first but did not affect my stay. Bathroom sink faucet handle was loose (spins) so was difficult to select cold water.

    Love it

We were in town for a concert at the adjacent park, so location was optimal. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. The safety lock on the door was broken, floor lamp was missing a bulb, and there was a small bloodstain on the wall. Paying a separate fee for parking seemed bizarre—just roll that into the room rate. Vending machines do not count as “breakfast,” lol.

I was disappointed with my experience at this hotel. During my stay, I accidentally got a small amount of lipstick on the bedsheet. I understand that the hotel may charge for damage, but I was charged $100 for the bedsheet, which I felt was excessive, especially for an accidental stain. I contacted the hotel because I hoped they would reconsider the charge or provide an explanation of the cost, but I was disappointed with how the situation was handled. I understand that guests should take responsibility for accidental damage, but I believe charges should be reasonable and transparent. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel and would think twice before staying here again.

Very disappointing experience. During my stay, I accidentally dropped some lipstick on the bed sheet, which caused a small discoloration. I understand that there may be a cleaning cost, but I was charged $100 for what was a minor accidental stain. I feel the charge was excessive and the hotel should have communicated the cleaning fee clearly before charging me. I was very unhappy with how this situation was handled and expected much better customer service. I would recommend that the hotel reconsider how it handles minor accidental stains and unexpected charges.
