Hilton Harrisburg

Wow, wish we could have stayed longer. The location was excellent and the restaurants in the area were close and dog friendly. It was one of the reasons I picked this place to stay and it had a nice area for the dog as well. comfortable bed which is a plus in itself. There are lots of amenities, but like I stated above, it was a quick stay. The staff we met and the people parking the vehicles were extremely friendly.

Restaurant staff were great, food good, nice hotel rooms and lobby. Conference center is excellent. But parking is extremely confusing --- how you pay, what the discount is, how to get it, etc. Not explained at the desk. I arrived and had booked 2 rooms at 2 separate times after deciding to add a night to my stay. On arrival, I was told it would be taken care of so that I would not have to move rooms. I had to visit the desk several times to ensure that this was arranged later in the stay, plus they double charged me for parking. VERY annoying.

The hotel was super busy when we got there at 11:30pm. The staff was using their best effort to keep everything running smoothly - heroic levels of effort - to manage the waves of people needing rooms and service. Yet, the staff remained professional despite being overwhelmed. They did an amazing job holding the fort. They deserve recognition.

good hotel, room wasn't a city view but it worked fine, bed was very comfortable

The front desk staff is very kind and helpful; however, the room is dirty, and there are so many stains on the bed sheets and comforter that some look like blood. Luckily, I didn't see bed bugs. But I wish the hotel could clean the bedding and bathroom towels at least better.

Clean room !! Great location and the 1700 steakhouse was amazing

The door entry keypad wouldn’t work after returning for the evening. The staff quickly remedied the situation. I was afraid it would take long, and I was very tired, but within 5 minutes I was back in the room.

The room booked was for two double beds; I received a king room. The staff at first claimed to have given me an upgrade; I didn't want to sleep with my sister-in-law, took talking to someone else to fix it.

Amazing staff

The attention to details. The hotel was beautiful. Their restaurants were delicious! The staff was very nice . This isn't really a complaint more of a suggestion, it would be nice if there were microwaves in the room. We had food we put in the refrigerator but had no way to reheat it.
