Failing to declare animals will result be escorted out of property without any refund. • Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is not permitted in public areas. This includes, but is not limited to, the lobby, pool and hot tub area, and the breakfast space. • Housekeeping: Full housekeeping service is provided every third day of your stay. Close to different food places and stores to shop. Also close by to the venue we attended. Our room was not clean, the windows were covered in finger and hand prints. There was a mysterious mattress in the window on the 3rd floor that never moved in the two days we stayed there. The gym was so hot and there was little ventilation. The gym equipment was not clean. There isn’t enough lightning and there was a lingering chemical smell in the elevators. The sink didn’t drain properly and the toilets flushed so loudly. The rooms need to be renovated. Breakfast wasn’t great, and the last day we were there they ran out of food. The hotel does have quiet hours but the parents who had children with them didn’t tell them to be quiet or have indoor voices so they were constantly loud. As well as always running around on our floor and the floor above us.

We stayed at this hotel last weekend for our family vacation to Hershey Park and our stay was terrible. I felt discriminated against due to constant text about noise disturbances while my kids were in bed as I was just getting out of the shower. The walls are thin, every step made in my room was a complain. We could not in get out of bed without a text to keep it down. This occurred all weekend to an extend of being threatened to call the cops and being asked to leave in the middle of the night. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The pool and hot tub The furniture and beds were so uncomfortable. Bedroom faced highway. The traffic noise kept me up. Got earplugs for the next night.

It was 25 minutes from our destination and it was perfect with lots of places around. N/A

The room was clean, however the furniture was outdated and the mattresses in the room were old and sank in the middle. If I were to stay there again I would request a new room due to the mattresses not being comfortable at all.

Stayed after a day at Hershey Park. We slept too late to have breakfast, but appreciate how friendly the staff was a check in .
