NOTHING. If I could give a zero rating I would. It was terrible. I requested adjoining rooms and even called prior to my arrival to confirm and the front desk verified they had adjoining rooms but when I arrived they did not even have the option to have adjoining rooms. The front desk person Jay Patel should be fired for his terrible attitude and rudeness. He left the front desk empty for 10 minutes and then showed up with a nasty attitude. He flipped an invoice in my direction because I asked to have a first floor room since the elevator was broken and I should not be doing stairs. He was terrible. Our one room had pubic hairs stuck to the shower wall with mold or mildew on the shower ceiling. The comforter was filthy and all of us who used the pillows were congested and coughing the next day. I spoke to others guests and they said they were congested too. The 2nd room I had the door hinge was missing a screw and the metal piece was bent. He saw nothing wrong with the fact the door did not latch everytime it was shut. The room phone had no dial tone. He came to the room to see the issues and acted annoyed. He told me loudly in the lobby when our conversation got heated that I could just leave. Problem is I was traveling by myself with 5 female teenagers and was out of town with no where to go. I spoke to the GM the next morning he also was not concerned about my complaints of the dirty stuff and argued that the pillows and comforters were clean. Comfort Inn Corporate office should visit the location to see the issues firsthand. It was horrible. See above.

The room was a good room, great channels on the tv and cozy bed. But it seemed like the cleaning in the room was rushed a bit due to hair and crumbs still being found on the sheets when we got there. Other than that everything else was great, good location, good breakfast and everyone was friendly and helpful !

Elevator broken; breakfast standard

The elevator, vending machine and ice machine were out of order. The smoke detector was ripped out of the wall, the bathroom knob was broken, the tub did not drain and the carpet felt disgusting.

Close proximity to the interstate. Rooms need to be updated. The shower drain was backed up. The day I checked in , the elevator was out of order. I was assigned a room in the basement. Neither the ice machine or beverage machine on that floor worked. Room was dingy. Will never stay there again!

Place is disgusting. Smells like rotten curry. Blood stains on the sheets. No soap in the shower. Ice machine broken. Manager Jay is extremely rude and likes to sleep on the couch in the lobby

The hotel is run down, and the rooms are not cleaned well. The staff was pleasant and friendly, but the hotel needs upgrading and some serious cleaning and disinfecting. The bath tub has mold in it and the walls are cracked. There were tiny bugs crawling on the linen. I would not stay here again.

Rude man at check-in, vending machine, broken, not sure why I was put in a handicap room, but the tub seat was busted sitting in the corner, there was a random, beat up dollar store shelf for the towels, no matter how many times you flush the toilet the water came back yellow, The beds literally sat on the floor, which made them knee height,blue stain on the ceiling and more of the same blue smeared in the bathtub, a lot of chipped paint, elevator randomly worked.
