We rented the apartment at the side of the property. I liked that it was spacious for a large party. The area leading to the apartment needs some renovations. If you take the apt there is no cleaning during your stay

Good and courteous staff. Breakfast was good and offered a decent variety. I understand that there is limited space on the rooftop for a pool but it was not what I expected. Any more than 4 people would tax the limited resources. Unfortunately there was a construction crew working each day right outside my room. A bit noisy but at least they packed it in after dark.

Location is good, a short walk or Grab ride from the Old Quarter. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was called "Superior". But this is apparently the worst of the rooms. It had no window. The staff were excellent and helped us to upgrade to a Deluxe room. Laundry was expensive.

We had a room with balcony. Balcony and room were very large, clean and comfotable. Excellent breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Central neighborhood for Hanoi sights with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. Excellent steam hotspot restaurant (Ha ha Steem) two blocks away. The terrace on the roof wasn’t open after breakfast and there was not enough seating around the small pool.
