I'm from the US. If you haven't been to Hanoi before, you will quickly realize that 95%+ of the hotel ratings, scores, reviews and PICTURES of hotels, are bull$hit. Totally fake. Fugazi. But A25 is better than the pictures show. I have now booked stays here on multiple trips to Vietnam. One of the better hotels I've stayed at in the French Quarter. N/A

We stay here once a year, at least for special events when we don't want to drive home. The staff is always friendly. I have never had a bad experience, and the best part is its prime location. So, you can walk to everything.

Convenient location: the hotel faces the park, and the room offers a breathtaking view. Not only was the breakfast delicious, but it was also very good for the cost. The staff is very enthusiastic and the hotel is clean. Highly recommended

It's really unbelievable for the price I paid that I had such a great experience here, the hotel is opposite a small park where people exercise in the morning. The amenities at the hotel are beyond my imagination and the free breakfast is also very delicious. The staff enthusiastically answered all my questions. Will definitely come back

Great location. Only a 15 minute walk to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum in one direction, and Hoan Kiem Lake in another. Staff VERY helpful and friendly. All kinds of shops and eating places surround the hotel, including pharmacies, a WinMart and a Highlands Coffee is attached to the hotel. The staff are fantastic. I know I already said this, but I need to say it again. The A25 hotel that I booked through booking.com told me that foreigners could not stay at the hotel, so they took my bags to this nearby A25 hotel. This was inconvenient, and booking.com should not have accepted the booking with this being the case. The hotel rooms can be booked for 2hr periods and have condoms in the drawer. Breakfast is not kept warm. On 2 occasions I just had toast and jam because it was hot.
