Great value and good location (right at the train/bus station). The rooms are very tidy, modern and clean. They must have been renovated recently. Definitely.much better than what I usually get at this price. I arrived late and check-in was only possible at a "vending machine" at the front door, which was somewhat tedious. Hair dryer in my room didn't work.

It was very hot during my stay and an air conditioner would have helped a lot despite there was a ventilator but did not help a lot.

The hours in which staff were available onsite were quite sparse. There were occasions when I needed assistance, but was only able to correspond by email. This was not helpful when immediate assistance was needed.

The property is located near my son and next to train/bus center, making it super convenient. Very clean property and great, helpful staff. Everything was very good.

I booked a single room and get the whole room to myself, that I am happy The LED is green in the toilet, and I can't adjust it, green is the colour of horror movie, bruh. Even white is fine, not green, not red

The beds were rock hard, not comfortable. Sketchy outside area.

There was wifi, that's true, but it had no Internet connection. It wasn't fixed in 4 days (nobody works on weekends in Germany) and mobile coverage is poor.

The hotel is very close to the train station, there is ALDI supermarketnext to the hotel. The bed is comfy, bathroom has a hair drier, the Internet was stable, there are different lighting modes available. When I arrived the lift didnt work and I had to carry my 20kg suitcase to the 6th floor. If you arrive before 3pm - there is no receptionist, only a machine outside the hotel that checks you in. I had a problem that it overcharged me and I called the phone number indicated, the lady on the phone didn't speak English and she recommended me to wait half an hour outside before her colleague that speaks English comes in - it wasn't convenient at all.

Way to expensive for how cramped, tiny, and dirty it was. If you get a deal for $50 a night Ok maybe but not for 150!

I actually I did not served with breakfast . The location quite far from the places I visited in Hamburg which literally had cost me a huge amount of money on taxi rides transport, I I can not stay longer in Hamburg as I planned before for this two weeks vacation trip. Too much data information demanded for the check in.

Everything works! 6th flor has no elevator. I had a to carry a 60kg equipment. Not so nice to carry at 1am.
