The Stellingen underground and S-Bahn (city rail) station are a 15-minute walk from the Arcade Hotel & Hostel Hamburg, allowing you to reach the city center in 30 minutes. We offer a wide selection of breakfast items in our mini market. The breakfast room is open from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The Color Line event arena, trade fair and congress center can all be found within a 5-mile radius. Guests can pick up shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel, an electric kettle and a sewing kit free of charge at reception.

The staff was very friendly, we arrived earlier and they the staff was friendly to allow us into the room. It was very helpful as we arrived via overnight train... Our stay was pleasant and the check in and check out was fast and easy... The toilets are separate from the room and bathroom, but that wasn't too much of a problem.

Impeccably clean. Reasonable price. The room was small and a bit claustrophobic. Free wi-fi was very weak. Ok for emails but not much else.

The free parking was nice. Hotel is very clean. Beds were very comfortable and staff friendly. Rooms are rather cold, heater doesn't seem to really heat the room much. Walls are very thin. We couldn't sleep the first night due to a very loud snoring guest next door. We mentioned this to the Hotel but never got a reply, unfortunately. Breakfast is convient when you are in a rush. It's overall okay, a little overpriced. Not that many options.

Good location, easy 24H check in via machine. Beds and room were clean and well maintained, heater was good. A bit expensive considering the size and no toilet in the room.

Really nice location and free parking. Nice staff and good breakfast, good beds. Common toilets were clean and nicely kept. The toilets were not included in the rooms, but we were well informed of the fact.

Close to Volksparkstrase bus stop and Stellingen Sbahn train station. You can also get directly to the airport via 392 bus. There is a gross market Rewe a few meters away. The room is clean and comfortable. It’s good value of money. They offer an attractive breakfast buffet with fresh local fruits and vegetables. The staff is friendly. There was no self cleaning goods such as soap etc in my room.
