It was a little far from center

The bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working properly.

One detail that really stood out was that they provided special cutlery for children at breakfast, which was a thoughtful touch for families. The breakfast itself was excellent, with a great variety of options. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again.

Clean and in perfect condition. Frequent bus to the center just next to hotel.

After a long and exhausting journey, I truly needed a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to rest—and I am very pleased to say that my experience at this hotel exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. I would like to extend special recognition to a highly professional, polite, and well-trained staff member at the reception desk. She welcomed me with kindness and handled the check-in process both efficiently and warmly. Her courteous attitude and excellent service made me feel immediately comfortable and well taken care of. This hotel is extremely clean and welcoming, making it an ideal choice when visiting Hamburg. The breakfast options are quite good, and the bar offers a decent selection. My wife and kids especially enjoyed the fresh apples by the reception, which they found to be a delightful touch.

Already spoken with the team and mentioned it was the cleanliness that was the biggest factor of my rating being so low. Seeing hair in the bathroom from previous occupants.

The property has all the basics. The bed is comfortable. Our toilet was leaking and the staff was able to change us room but we downgraded without any compensation. All the amenities are pretty basic and the renovation is not well done. Also the breakfast is not great. We paid way too much for the service we got, I regret having prepaid for the breakfast.

The property was very central which made it easy to get into the city centre at any time one would like. Nothing.

I booked the XL room and I am more than satisfied for the price I got such a big room. It was clean and practical. The personnel is great, very helpful. The bathroom was ok, not the newest one, small for the size of then room though, it had a bathtub though and it had all we needed. A few things were not properly maintained, like the wardrobe missed one door, or the steam sauna was not working, but only minor things.

location not very clean , coffee machine in lobby wasn’t working and we felt like we were at an immigration desk not a hotel reception one!

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice. The bed was really good, soft and pillows were fine for me. I don't have anything to complain about
