The especially friendly smiling receptionist in the morning The rooms are very small and for 2 people with suitcases quite complicated The size is perfect for 1 or 2 nights but staying more nights means using more clothes, so a little bit complicated

The staff was nice and helpful, the room was clean and it was perfectly functional for my stay Toilet clogged on the last day and I couldn't quite close the window blinds really well in a way that the outside lights cannot come in, also the TV has an annoying red light I couldn't turn off and the shower is a bit cramped, also although the room was clean overall there was a pretzel under the bed

The city The room i was booking wasn't the room I got. After i insisted the hotel refused to give me the room i needed. I wanted to book one more room in the same hotel for me but also failed. They only offered to cancel my reservation and get money back. So initially I was booking a double room according to the photos and instead I was offered a 4-bed dorm. Unfortunately everything was booked around because of concert and I failed to find anything and just had to stay there. Nice vacation- sleep in one small room with teenage boys!

The room (for three) was big and bright, with very comfortable beds. Location is excellent, very easy to access via bus or S bahn. Breakfast is also very good and good value for the price.

The bedsheets and bathroom felt really clean and the location of the hotel was great. It was close to public transportation and easy to get wherever it was needed. The room had a carpet on the entire floor (as well as the hallway to the rooms) and this carped had quite an unpleasant smell. We tried airing the room out, but it only helped momentarily.

We booked our family in 2 rooms (next to each other) for 2 nights here, to explore Hamburg. Pleasant hotel in a location close to the train station for quick access to the city. Staff were nice, rooms had all the basics in terms of facilities and beds were reasonably comfortable. Bathroom has toiletries provided: always a welcome extra. Rooms were a good bit smaller than I was expecting for 2 people, and felt quite tight. Thankfully we were not in them for much more than sleeping etc. In and out of 2 rooms regularly to check in family was inconvenient, especially as they are heavy fire doors that slammed shut each time, with no way of propping them open. Consider having some adjoining rooms via an inner door. Tiny reception area, felt awkward waiting there if other guests were too, taking up the few seats available!
